Way too tall. Looks like a big basketball shoe

The top of the show looks like cheap plastic.

No arch support, very nice looking shoe and stylish. Not comfortable

My least favorite pair of Cole Haans yet. By the end of the day I can't wait to get them off. Being on my feet 80% of the day I rely on comfort. I'm pretty sure that after 13 pairs of CH's I've purchased my last. These shoes are awful. For what they cost they're not worth half that! Bring back the 3.Zerogrand.

The upper tore away from the sole on my first time wearing. Cole Haan did refund purchase without issue.

They look amazing but unfortunately are so uncomfortable for me. I literally cannot wear them all day because my feet are burning all day long. I was hoping these would solve the problem but unfortunately they didn't :(

I have been an exclusive CH consumer for over 35 years. This is the first pair I've not retained. The fit was off and the shoe was quite massive and overwhelming.

Shoes where not comfortable as I've come to expect from Cole Hahn

I LOVE all Cole Haan Zerogrand shoes. Have several pair, but this pair is unwearable because they are so freaking loud when I walk on any hard surface (pretty much everywhere at work). I *think* it is because of the extra thick rubber sole, but I don't know. I have tried all the tricks, powder, different insoles, vasoline on the soles, nothing works. Can't return now, very frustrating. All my other Zerogrand style shoes are like having permanent Dead Silence (COD reference) but this is like having the opposite at sound level 10. Co-workers half a mile away can hear me walking down the hallway.

I love the look of this shoe but i am disappointed with them because i wore them out for dinner the night i got them and they rubbed the skin off of the back of both of my heels. i need to return for refund.

Not typical stylish CH shoe. Blocky, boxy, u comfortable

Not the feel of a typical Cole Haan shoe , I expected a better fit the wide in this style is very wide !

Overall great shoe the pictures did not reflect that the shoes were a print not actual cut leather. This is the second time this is happened.

It was not as comfortable as 2 Zerogrand or all my other Zerogrand collection they also send me the width so it did not fit. I gave to the Goodwill. I was not very happy. I am a long standing Cole Haan Zerogrand customer. Dr. Jackman

I bought the blue 4.Zerogrand Wingtip Oxford. Online shoppers be careful, the blue looks like black and I was quite surprised to see that when they arrived. I actually bought a pair for my dad so we both were fooled. I still would shop Colehaan as they are quality shoes. Just wish I had the black ones

The outer part of the shoe material ripped within two weeks of wearing

Day one I noticed the quality of the upper was super soft. Realized one good rainy day and their guys are gonna split. Low and behold we got some snow and rain mix and realized my foot was wet

Very first time I pulled the laces to tighten, the entire top of this Oxford ripped in half. Absolute garbage! Massively disappointed.

The suede uppers just tore along the perforations along the side of both shoes. Can't believe all sales are final. This is terrible. Only wore these one time.

Item arrived damaged. Has a scratch on the left shoe. Very disappointed.

This show started ripping near shoe laces 2 weeks after purchase

They looked good online but I had to return them.

Had a similar experience with the top perforations tearing on the right shoe, disappointing. Doesn't necessarily change my overall largely positive perception of CH but they certainly got this one wrong quality wise.

I bought this three different times to give Cole Haan a chance to correct it. Something is wrong with the 10.5 W. Perhaps non-wides are OK. The inner sole (after you remove the insert) is all malformed. All I feel is a lump under my foot. Really poor quality and I've never had anything like it with Cole Haans before. Extremely disappointed because I really wanted these shoes. I give up though....
