I have a lot of these wallets and this one was the worst. The sewing makes the open flap crooked and my cards barley fit in this one.

It was not the quality i expected from Vera Bradley line.

This does not protect your car. I could start my car with its fob inside the pouch.

Completely different from picture. Very poor the way the material was cut missing heads and flowers everything is bad.

Fabric that holds the key ring on came apart in less than 24 hours. Daughter was leaving for college so could not return. I ended up hand sewing fabric back together. Quality was horrible, I think we are done with Vera Bradley.

I love the pattern, however, when it arrived the stitching is out in one of the card holders. I will be returning.

Bought to attach cell phone sidewise, it would only accomadate a flip maybe.

I love Vera Bradley products but was not happy with my latest purchase because I thought that there would be a small place for me to put change and there isn't. Either I read it incorrectly or it wasn't describer properly!

The zipper broke on day one at college.

The stitching that held the silver ring wasn't very sturdy, couldn't hold much weight, and started to tear a week after I bought it.

The snap broke the first day I used it. Will never buy their products again.

Did not realize it is so small

I have been using the zip ID cases for years and was excited to upgrade to the deluxe case. The case is not up to the quality I expected. The case is poorly sewn, and the outside plastic window is actually wrinkled. Because I needed to use it right away, I did not return it. I won't be purchasing this product again.

I was disappointed in the quality of workmanship of this. Not usual of Vera Bradley.

I bought this in Rain Forest Canopy to have a small RFID wallet. The quality was so poor, totally not what I recall in any of my past VB purchases, that I had to pull out other items I've purchased over the years to make sure I wasn't missing something. (Now, it's been over two or so years since I've purchased something from VB for myself, so maybe this is the VB new normal?) On the side with the clear plastic window, the seams ran crooked and on an angle (stitching lines not straight and not parallel with other stitched lines - I also measured). Because there is the rectangle of clear plastic with straight edges, it's even more noticeable. Where the fabric is folded under around the edge of the clear plastic is all uneven. Similar quality issues on the entire wallet. Incredibly disappointed and this is going back.
