The shoes are fine. I have the Tulla's in 3 other colors. I ordered a gray and these shoes look more like a dirty beige, which I find an example of total inaccuracy.

No Bueno. I am and always have been an 8 EXCEPT for UK sizing, so of course I always order up a size and after reading the reviews it was suggested that you do that. I did, they came, as another review said they come exactly to the end of her heal...same for me. That's not attractive since there is no scooch room at all and then it just looks sloppy and for $100+ sandal that doesn't work for me. The leather is like butter and it's too bad that 1/2 sizes are not offered by this vendor. So back they go, sorry Zappos. As for arch support, of course there's none, dah, it's a open flip flop type sandal, if you want arch support you need to consider something else like a sandal with a strap.

I love the product, but shoes were too small. I should have further investigated European sizes. I ordered 2 pair of shoes & returned both. Also re-ordered the one pair in larges size. Looking forward to receiving & hopefully, they will fit properly. Thank you

I have two pairs of these shoes. I love them and unfortunately they are being discontinued so I bought a 3rd pair in black. The toe slide however is too small and i believe is a manufacturing defect. I have tried to stretch them out through a shoe stretcher and a spray but to no avail. Very disappointed. Am asked to return them and select another pair but this style is apparently no longer available.

I needed a true white sandal, and this leather was not a true white but rather looked dirty or grayish. I always have good luck with Bueno. I'm definitely a return customer.
