Need a backpack to hold my lunch bag and laptop. This is too small. Will be returning. Disappointed as I loved the style and color.

I was so excited to get it, I love all the pockets and thought it looked adorable and will stay clean, but the first time I used it, it gave me a rash on my shoulders, which I've never experienced with other backpacks. Something about the design makes it rub the wrong way.

It has a lot, of space and is a good size but it's made out of a painfully rough material and the straps rub my shoulders and the sides of my neck so it feels like I'm being grated as I wear it.

Love my quilted one but this product ripped the first day I tried to use it.

The backpack I ordered never arrived and I was never notified there was a problem. When I started getting emails asking me to rate it, I searched through my email for my order confirmation, which said "unfulfilled." Pretty pour customer service!

The zipper is not smooth. Bad quality!

I love the pattern I've got numerous pieces of this new pattern and my old backpack used to be my favorite item but the straps on this are horrible the mesh rubs your skin off. I have a lot of Vera and love it but its not cheap so i feel they and customers should know the straps on this backpack are horribly uncomfortable!

I was not please with this bag. The appearance is a letdown after seeing it in person. I plan to return it.

This backpack was ordered as a gift for my granddaughter with her initials on it, in fact, the confirmation email I received illustrated the initials just as I ordered them however the backpack she received does NOT have her initials. I would NOT order anything from Vera Bradley again!
