I have always bought Van products for myself and my kids but never again.

Wasn't the right size , very disappointed.

The shoes delivered look nothing like what is being shown in the advertising??? And they do not match the description of the listing either. A major let down.

Vans X Stranger Things Authentic, Look at the pair of shoes, the left has some red checkerboard highlights, the right doesn't have any red checkerboard. I went on Van's live chat, and asked, if I buy them do they look like the picture in the add? he started talking about the inside of the shoe color??? Most people do not care about the color of the inside. The marketing dept needs to make corrections for their customers. Thank You

Have to size up bc shoes aren't correct size

My daughter is normally a 6.5 in women's. I ordered a size 7 and we can't even get her foot in. Returning..

I bought these shoes online when I received my order that the shoes were filthy then I went to the store to return them. I love that shoes so much. and I try to reorder again. I click my size 7.5 many many times but can't buy it. so sad.

I love these sneakers. They are pretty, however I only wore them 3 times and the rubber is separating on the right toe. That's pretty awful.

Expected the fabric to be hard to maintain but out of the box they have multiple defects. Not just on the satin. On the top of the shoe on the blue part looks like somebody knifed it or it's just wore out. There's also what looks like a pen mark but I thought maybe just die right next to the eyelet where the blue part starts. I'm pretty sure they sold me shoes that had already been worn.

Maybe it was just a bad pair idk but after only 3 days of normal wear the soles should not be falling apart, not gonna waist my time buying another pair because you cant do exchanges anymore as they make you do full returns and then make you re-order on a positive note they were actually one of the most comfortable shoes ive ever worn, wich makes the generic build quality that much more sad cuz they were amzingly comfortable

I bought these shoes on the day of their release along with three other designs from this collaboration. I have worn them only 8 times since then. I have only used them for less then an hour for six of those times and about a few hours the next two times yet a grommet on my right shoe already came off. Paying a hefty price for these shoes i expected much better quality. I already had issues in the past with vans where they do not last very long but i was willing to give them a try because of this sailor moon collaboration and premium price point. Overall, beautiful design but poor quality issues. Considering asking for a refund despite the beautiful design. Also they are not the most comfortable shoes to wear.

The bottom blew out after 7 or 8 wears. The cushioning is gone from the bottom and spewed out the side. Very disappointing.

Bought these in my normal size and wore them for 2 weeks at work. Ended up with blisters/calluses on the inside of my toes because I didn't think I'd need to size up. Super disappointed because I love all my vans.

I only wore this shoe a few times before they split open. This is the only pair to do this so maybe it was the material. Wouldn't recommend this pair.

I LOVE the look of these shoes. but they are SO tight. I've ordered about 20 pairs of Vans online over the years and they always fit, but recently that's NOT the case. This is the THIRD pair of Vans I've ordered and had to return to my local store because they are ridiculously small. I ordered these a half size up - 11.5 - and they are still too tight even for my husband's foot and he wears a 10.5 shoe. Vans, what is happening to your shoes?!?!? At this point, I'm pretty much giving up on online ordering. Since I hardly ever shop for shoes at a store, you're losing my business. I can't be the only one with this issue. It's heartbreaking, because I LOVE Vans designs SO much. The stores have only a fraction of the selection the online site has.

I like the look but the sizing is very small. I have other Vans and the sizing isn't even closeI can't even get my foot into these.

I bought these shoes in January. Already they are beginning to fall apart. I haven't done anything crazy in them; I wear them mostly in the office. I'm quite dissatisfied.

Most comfortable shoe I own. I bought these and loved the look but after just 1 week of only walking in them the suede on the top of the toe box literally split in the middle - not even along a seam. Please figure this out Vans Production Team!

I used to buy these all of the time every year, for YEARS. But last year 2021 I discovered the 7.5 was suddenly too big, my foot slipped out. I tried the 7, too small as expected. I waited a few months, tried 7.5 again, too big. I even called and spoke with the representative to see if there had been a size change but they did not know. Just tried to order these again (2022), still too big - what happened??? I have these in white and black from 2019 and they fit perfect. Please go back to the original fit!!!

I wanted to like these shoes I really did but I haven't even worn them a month and they're already coming apart and I don't even wear them daily they are cute, But the quality just isn't there, so disappointing.

The red dye bleeds and stains the white part of the shoe!

Feels as if the right shoe is one size too small.
