I ordered these in my usual size 6 but when I tried they on they were incredibly tight. Have these in the black and I put them side by side and my black pair were definitely a little bigger. Ordered a half size up and am hoping they fit better and the sizing wasn't a fluke

I really like the color of these but I am going to return it. It was my first time purchasing a stacked/platform pair of Vans but I was very surprised by how heavy they are. They looked nice but felt impractical. As a comparison, these shoes are heavier than my Dr. Marten boots which are the heaviest pair of shoes I own.

Everyone loves my shoes, but the problem is that they are very heavy and uncomfortable, they hurt the back of my ankle, they are very hard inside. Honestly, I have used them like twice because of that, it's not an everyday shoes. If I knew this I would have purchased the old black classic comfy vans.

I am back writing this review a year after owning them. I live in Michigan and these shoes spent most of their time in storage, saw maybe 4 hour total of sunlight, the UV is no longer active! I will definitely still wear them because I still love them regardless and they are beyond the 6 month warranty period. I am just slightly disappointed. I definitely was naive in thinking when I bought them the UV feature would last, at least longer than 4 wears. Customer services answer to how long the UV is supposed to last was "there is no way to know, it depends on how the shoe was made, and how long the shoe was worn." Only posting this review in hopes it may help someone else out there.

First, I usually wear the slip on Van's. I bought these because I loved the colors, and I'm digging the platform. I wanted to love these completely. I have tried these with different thickness socks. Bought insoles for them, and they are still the most UNCOMFORTABLE pair of Vans I've ever purchased. I regret not returning them immediately after trying them on, bc I wanted to love them that much. They have worn blisters on my feet and my feet hurt after wearing. I regret not returning them.

These shoes are really nice, I've been into platform shoes for awhile now.

I love the shoe design, exactly what I am looking for. Fits true to size. However, i find it too heavy and not comfy for long walks.

I've had these for about 2 weeks and the are already separating from the sole.

I love the way they look! They are stiff, hopefully I can break them in. I got the 5.5 or womens 7. I feel they are a little big. Might send back to get a smaller size, still testing them out. Walking is not problem.

Hello!! Could you all do bigger sizes other than stopping at the sizes you have now. There are people with bigger that like platform shoes!!!

I love Vans and have over 20 pairs because I have flexible flatfoot and supinate instead of pronate. Vans are the only shoes I can wear for 10 hours a day on concrete and my feet and back don't hurt (hairstylist...Vans are very popular with us for a reason!) These are very well-made and have a good grip in slippery conditions, but I can't walk in them: my ankles turn out. If you are a supinator, stay away from the stacked soles unless you want to break your ankle.

I bought this for my daughter. We have bought other platform vans before that she loved, however, the other shoes were light and so we expected the same with these ones. Nope, super disappointed in how heavy they are. I'm afraid she may even twist an ankle while at school with these. Would never buy online again without trying them on first.

Very cute and stylish but also heavy shoe. Too late to return otherwise I would.

I love this style so much but I had someone warn me that they were hard to walk in. Disregarded her and now I have broken my ankle TWICE in these shoes

Adorable but the sole is narrower than the upper part. I twisted my ankle they're unbalanced and not proportionate. I'd return but it's too late.
