When I got this, I thought - there is no way this is going to be warm enough because it feels thin. I was so wrong. It's the most lightweight and WARM winter coat I have ever owned. I like the look of the coat. It's not meant to be fitted. That is not the style. I was out for a couple of hours in the cold and I was quite warm. Like really warm. I was surprised. The grey is really pretty.

I got this jacket a couple of months ago. I use it mainly for walking my dogs in the rainy weather and it certainly is perfect for that. As it was Covid I did not want to go to a store so ordered online after speaking with customer care that pointed me in the correct warmth direction. I have had about 4 Fission Jackets all size medium. I wear a small in Atom LT. This medium is huge but decided I can put Atom LT under it no problem. I am giving it a 4 only due to sizing. Otherwise it is great!!!

I've been wearing the Sensa Parka a lot this winter! I live in Seattle area, therefore wet, but milder winter climate. I love the roomier fit for layering and length is perfect for added coverage. Very comfortable overall. Loved it so much, bought my mom one. I haven't had any issues with the zipper (per other comments).

The Sensa is definitely waterproof and warm. I wanted lightweight, and waterproof with big pockets for holding dog treats and leash. Not having any problems with the zipper, but I would recommend a snap or other closure at the neck for the parka to stay on a hanger.

I was so pleased when I recieved my coat. It is light weight, however still very warm without all the bulk. Ideal for the cold and damp weather here in Nova Scotia.

I just bought this so it hasn't gotten a ton of wear to know how durable it is. But it's so warm. It's a good length for covering long enough! I'm 5'9" and it's halfway between my knees and hips. It's not incredibly bulky but you definitely get so much warmth from it. The zippers are a little stiff and awkward but I'm expecting those to loosen more and it's because of how waterproof and solid the jacket is.

This Parka is THE most beautiful coat I have ever owned ...and I'm a very outdoors senior.. It is extremely well made, I love the hood is also down filled, zip pockets and the length perfect. It is light weight and waterproof, Down on the inside gives the Parka a smooth more fashionable appearance as opposed to the channeled down jackets. I cant say enough positive things about it.. I LOVE IT and highly recommend this item. Arcteryx have been extremely easy to deal with. Staff are very helpful and Items have arrived on time.

I bought this coat a month ago in blue which goes with everything. Great mid weight and look. I use the hood for rainy days. It will be my go to coat for winter. Fits true to size.

I bought the coat a few days ago and already have put it to the test as we had a major windstorm here and I am happy to say that this parka has become my new favorite. It keeps the wind and rain out and is cosy warm.

Just moved across the county to Vancouver where I won't need my ski jacket for daily life, so I got this coat. I have a very small waist and larger glutes (bikini/bodybuilder shape), am 5'8", got a size small. Medium would have been massive. Blissfully this coat fits my long arms, but I have to unzip the bottom a bit as it can ride up due to it being tighter around my glutes. Not a huge problem for me. I can see how it would bother others, though. Would have been great if there was a drawstring in the midsection, or if the coat was cut a bit different (not in a straight line, which seems to be all the rage this year) but it still somehow manages to look good. The huge upside? Incredibly waterproof. I followed the store staff instructions and washed the coat before wearing it. Used barely a drop of detergent, dried it on low/air fluff, with tennis balls. Good to go. Again, the straight cut is not everyone's cup of tea, and it definitely isn't mine in any other circumstance but somehow, this coat sits fine on me. It's a keeper.

I bought this around Christmas time 2020. I got it in the light pink colour and really love it. I was reserved about getting this colour because I figured it would get dirty quickly, and of course I was correct. I use this as more of a city jacket and try to treat it nicely. It's a stylish and warm jacket for walks, going for dinner and over to a friends, or to work. I live in Edmonton, AB, and can put it to a cold test. It isn't the warmest jacket out there, but it is light weight and roomy, I pair it with my atom LT on really cold days and it works wonderfully. It is definitely on the larger side, I am usually a size 4/small in most Arc'teryx items, athletic build at 135lbs 5'4 and the extra small still allows me enough room for laying.

I have had this jacket for two months now. It did come much larger than I had anticipated. So it doesn't exactly show your figure. But it looks great w leggings, is stylish in city and in the woods. Bottom zipper started to unthread and pop out so I'll have to get that hemmed back in. Overall i am happy

I'm just under 5ft and this parka definitely made me feel that it was designed for those who are taller. And like many of the other reviews, it runs REALLY large. I'm usually a small/medium and bought an extra small as suggested. Even then, there's just so much room in the mid-section that I could be pregnant and it'd still fit. The relaxed fit, while great for layering, isn't the most flattering on my figure. It's definitely not something you'd wear over a dress on an evening date outside where you'd want to take photos. Even if I were to wear on a commute to work, I wouldn't necessarily be doing a lot of layering with a city coat like this as I'd be wearing work clothes. Functionally, it's great and does the job. It's waterproof and windproof but it'd be nice if there was a waist cinch. It's such a relaxed fit that the wind can creep up.

I bought this coat a little over a month ago because I wanted something I could layer that was also Gor-Tex. Overall, I like the look of the jacket (city use, walking to and from my apartment) but as others mentioned the sizing is HUGE. I love the wrist cuffs but have noticed in really cold temps that cold air creeps up from the bottom and wish there was an inner waist cinch. With a thinner inner layer the jacket is great. It sometimes bunches near my waist making it look strange but that has started to go away as the jacket has relaxed

I bought this coat online thinking that it would be a good option during COVID times. Synthetic down and easy to wash. The design is very minimalistic and looks practical with most outfits. I normally wear between medium and large, so I bought the large size so that I could layer underneath. This was huge! If you are thinking about purchasing this coat, size down.

I wish I had looked at the reviews more carefully. I wanted a jacket with a little more room, so I could walk the dog in our Colorado winter weather. The jacket is the style I want, but after TWO wearings the zipper was already bending at the bottom and I had to bend it back just to get the coat off. I am pretty confident that the zipper will break and then I will have a problem. The collar of the coat is also stiff and sharp and scratches my cheeks if I zip it up all the way. For such an expensive coat from a brand I usually love, this is a bummer.

I bought this to replace my beloved down parka that kept me warm into the high minus 30s Celsius for 10 years. This one will not do the job. I should have read more carefully because the description was misleading - it's their "warmest synthetic" coat. Expensive lesson learned, but thankfully I didn't pay full price. If you want to be really warm, stick with down, and make sure you get a coat with trim around the hood. It is however very pretty and I guess I will use it in the shoulder seasons.

This was my dream coat. I used to LOVE Arcteryx and have purchased many of their products. Everything about this jacket is great except the zipper!! After paying so much for this jacket I'm so disappointed it takes 5-10 minutes each time I put it on to get the zipper right. So frustrating. Not sure I'll buy Arcteryx again after this :(

This is a well constructed coat. I like the venting, the exterior chest & interior pockets. The only issue is the collar. On my first wear I found the collar to be very stiff. It does not turn down away from my chin making it uncomfortable unless it is fully zipped. I contacted customer service who began by informing me that the coat was not returnable and that the collar should soften with time. Be sure to check this before removing tags to see if this will be a bother.

Less than 6 months of ownership and the seams that hold the zipper broke. Not the quality that we expected from this expensive Arc'teryx product. We are sorely disappointed.

I bought this jacket a month ago and just went out in the rain with it. Right away the jacket was ruined as the grey interior bled through the pink exterior. I loved the jacket at the start but now it's completely ruined. So disappointed.
