Sizing was too large, also a wider shoe. Wouldnt recommend for someone with narrow feet

This is just our opinion, but felt far from the appropriate marking of being a wide shoe. Felt true on the size, smaller on width. There's a suede-type texture to the exterior - it's a bummer - it's an attractive shoe that could have easily worked for a more semi-formal dress-up being all black, but that's out the door now.

These fell apart within a week of my son getting (sole separated from shoe). New balance normally makes good shoes and my son has a wide foot so we are somewhat limited in our options, but these were a dud.

These shoes fit fine and were comfortable but fell apart after a couple months light use—holes, heel falling off. Construction must have cut corners.

Fit and size were great. My kid loves them. But barely two months later there’s a hole in the toe. Not what I expect from New Balance and for the price I paid.

falling apart already!

I loved these shoes. They were my son's first 'tie' shoes. BUT SO disappointed to find that they got a hole in the toe w/in the first month of him wearing them. And during the winter season where he mostly wears boots outside so this was just a month's worth on inside wear.

Size and fit were great but they really did fall apart so very fast. My son is 9 and these were done in 2 months literally. After 2 weeks, I took them to the shoe repair to get the toes fixed and a couple weeks after that they fell apart completely. These are not school or play shoes. These are just for going out shoes... My shoes looked exactly like the picture another posted.
