I love UGG's, and was SO excited for these, but they are going back! The top side of the boot is too stiff or comes back too far. Couldn't get the back of my foot all the way in, and length is usually not a problem. It's like instead of going straight up after the seam on the top of the ankle, it angles back. Size 11.

Poor SupportGreat Support
I was excited when I saw these because I tend to wear my Ugg slippers in the mornings when I drop my kids off at school. These look like boots, so I thought I can be semi less embarrassing to the kids AND have toasty feet! The problem with these is the back piece doesn't come up high enough, so it felt like my shoe wasn't on all the way, kind of like when you put your shoe on and the back folds in. Anyway, I sent them back and will be sticking to my usual slippers. Sorry kids!
