I've been a avid hiker thru the years, and always carry the necessities in the White Mountains. Since I purchased this jacket years ago, this is the one that always makes it into my pack. Its warm, light and fits under my shell without issue.

I have been eyeing this coat for over a year, and I continued to tell myself my other coats would do, I could use a sweater etc. Most of my coats are 800+ down and have no use in the shoulder season, so finally I gave in and got the coat! I battled between black and Pipe dream and I am so happy I got Pipe!
Perfect fitting, super comfy, lightweight and just wonderful! I have gotten so many comments on it and its been great for my adventures and will be for many more!
The only comment I have is that the arms are a bit short on me so I had to stay at an XL when I could have been a Large, so the body is a tad baggy but I can use that for layering.

I've had this jacket for 2 years now and it's been fantastic. I've worn it out in 15 degree weather to 50 degree weather and I'm fine. Super easy to layer it up if it's really cold outside. I have the 24k Gold color and have received several compliments on it. My GF saw how much use I was getting out of the jacket that she got one for herself and it's been serving her well.

I bought this to replace an Arcteryx lightly insulate bike jacket. It is a great colour, keeps me warm but so light and fits perfectly under my Arcteryx vortex for coastal skiing. Light. Warm. Insulating layer. Or stand alone jacket

This is my second Atom LT Hoody, I had the previous design and definitely enjoy the longer cut of the new jacket. The cut and fill just seems to work with you, its warm, its light so you never feel like its cumbersome. The hood and face fabric do a good job when the weather is wet, windy or both. Its good for layering up under a shell as well, but definitely not a burley jacket on its own in a down pout or tokeep warm when the temps drop well below Freezing. You cannot go wrong with this jacket, it does everything you expect it to within reason.

Bought this product a few weeks ago as I had just moved to Vancouver and needed to replace my massive winter parka. After talking to my friends, they advised me to dress in layers and I had been recommended this product. So far it has been great, I have no hesitation on putting it on whenever I go out since I know it would protect me from the cold but at the same time, it is breathable enough so I don't sweat in it if the temperature is milder.

This is my second Atom jacket. Strictly because I wanted a second color. This is a great 3 season jacket. Fall/spring/ winter. On extremely cold days I throw a shell over this and it turns into an amazing waterproof, breathable, wind proof system!

I love the Atom Hoody! This jacket is so versatile. It can be a mid-layer, and an outer layer. I love the details in this jacket, the pockets are soft lined and the hood fits perfectly. I can wear this jacket daily, I love products that are functional and stylish.

This hoody is unbelievably comfortable. It is trimmed so well to the body, and weightless when worn, that it just disappears and gets out of the way for you to focus on your activities. I find myself wearing this for doing anything & everything when temperature dips below 12C
It insulates incredibly well, the outer material beads off water in a moderate rainstorm, and it packs nicely into its own hood.
Though expensive, it's worth its price, and it stands heads & shoulders above the other hoody.

Awesome and versatile piece. Design is very minimal looking, so it's great for casual wear as well. Currently using mostly as an outer layer for early spring and fall, but also layers nicely under my Kappa.
Sizing I found to be odd however, through measurements I'm a small but the sleeves were way too short for me so I ended up sizing up. My small Proton LT fits the same length and sleeve wise.

I purchased this for my husband at the beginning of September. It is a light yet warm enough for this time of the year. It comes in handy during our walks and hikes. The side panels stretch which make it great when moving a lot during activities. The hood is adjustable and is a great addition. I could see using this throughout the winter as a base layer. Material is soft and the colour choices are great. I bought one first last year and he liked it so much that he mentioned that he wanted one. So I decided to get him one. The shipping was amazing it arrived in less than two days. You will not be disappointed by purchasing this late but warm jacket.

I've had my Atom LT for a little over a year now and it is without a doubt my favorite jacket and best purchase I've made in the past ten years. I'm 6'4 215lbs and the XL fits so perfectly. The Atom LT is a perfect all around jacket for cooler but not too cold weather. I also own the Atom AR and I don't usually wear that until it drops below 40 degrees. Comfortable, warm, snug, stylish, love every aspect of this jacket. If I were stranded on a desert island with only one thing to take I'd still probably take this jacket.

I bought this jacket for the transition from summer to fall in Colorado. It's comfortable and warm enough to wear during my brisk morning walks. If you are looking for a nice, comfy jacket that is high quality, this is it!

I bought this in early September and it has been perfect as a Mid-Layer in both the South Coast of BC and the North, being able to add the Alpha SV or take down to just the Delta LT as a base layer over a t-shirt. Highly recommend as a staple in any wardrobe on the West Coast.

Finally folded and bought an Arc'teryx for a 4 day backwoods hiking trip and I must say I get the hype. For my trip specifically 2 of the days we're in the low 50 F and the other two were in the 70 F range and the jacket performed flawless in both. After the trip the jacket still looked brand new and I took some falls that should've left a mark. Great product I highly recommend

This has certainly lived up to the promise - so far. It keeps me warm on those windy evenings; is light and practical to carry around (Can compress it into one of the arms of the jacket). Of particular value to me is the adjustable hoody, (compatible with my helmet), cinching it down at the waist, the cuffs are just right - not too tight or loose and the pockets are good to carry some essentials. The underarms are roomy - the jacket does not lift off while raising arms/doing work. I bought this for my search and rescue activities. My size is between M and L (for a standalone) but when you layer up, it makes sense to have some room for layering. Hoping to use this jacket for some time to come.

I never knew how functional Arcteryx jackets are until my husband introduced me to the brand. He is an avid cyclist and swears by Arcteryx goretex jackets for cycling in wet conditions. They really work. I on the other hand commute to work and appreciate a lighter warm jacket. I read the reviews for this style and bought it. So light and yet so warm. I found out my co-worker has the same jacket and testifies how durable it is for her for five years now. Sold! Love it! I love that it's a Vancouver company too. I'm 5'0, 125 lbs, and bought the medium. Fits well.

I was looking for a durble, warm, waterproof coat for the rainy fall season of the great Pacific NW. I was surprised to find this gem, in a size and fit that I can wear. It was really put to the test walking between freelance assignments in Seattle and it was dumping rain. This coat ended up being surprisingly warm for how extremely lightweight it is. I remained dry because the DWR worked so well and the hoodie covered my head enough to protect my face, but not obstruct my view. I am so so happy with this coat. Thank you

I bought this for my Kilimanjaro hike. This was the only piece I needed on top of my base layer to keep me warm. Amazing jacket and a must have.
