These shoes are adorable, but the ankle strap is so short that I thought maybe the first shoe I tried on was defective. Nope. The second she was same. I have average to small ankles and the strap could barely fasten.

Really cute and surprisingly comfortable (good padding on the footbed), but the two straps that go over the front part of your foot were way too loose. My foot was sliding all over the place, to the point that it was hard to walk. Had to return. (For reference I’m usually a size 9 and ordered a 9 in these; have a narrow foot.)

I wanted to love these but the toes part is too long and so I don’t think these are made well for someone with a wider foot. I don’t have super wide feet I just hate it when the shoe has too much room in front as it doesn’t look good.

I have narrow feet and could not get my feet past the first strap... they would not fit a child.

What happened to the strap?? This was my second pair of these exact shoes and the strap is almost an inch shorter making it almost painful to wrap around my ankles :( it’s so upsetting as I love these shoes and they can be worn with anything! Please bring back the normal strap length!!

I purchased these in my usual size 10. I tried my sister’s size 9 on before I bought them and they fit my ankle perfectly. It wrapped around with plenty of room and comfort. Her ankle is small. When mine arrived, I could barely wrap it to the first hole which left the studs only covering half of the front of my ankle. I have a normal sized ankle. We both bought the pink so clearly there’s a quality control issue. I was better off with hers even though they were slightly too short! I’m hesitant to buy Steve Madden again. It’s not what it was 10 years ago.

I have size 5, medium width feet. These were very wide. Had to return. The shoe was super cute, I can them going with a lot of cute summer outfit. Just too wide for this foot!

I do, so wanted these to work for me, but they just didn’t. They are so pretty, but here’s what the good & not-so-good- Good: -So beautiful! The light really reflects off of the crystal studs well creating a stunning sandal. The multiple angles of the studs are well designed. -They are surprisingly easy to buckle! Sometimes jelly sandals are stiff, but the ankle strap was pliable. Not-so-good: -The strap that comes up and wraps up on the outside of the sandals cuts in right at both of my pinky toes. It was very painful after just a few minutes of wearing them around my house. (My feet are M width and the length of the sandals seemed to fit) -There’s absolutely no padding on footbed. I knew that these weren’t meant for walking long distances, but I was hoping that I would be able to handle walking around for the evening in them, especially since “Travel” was in the name.

Too narrow. Plastic material was too tight and made my toes purple.

Not as comfortable as the regular colors, seemed to run smaller than the regular colors.

I really wanted to love these after seeing them all over the internet. Length wise they were true to size, but all of the straps were way too narrow for my wider foot. The ankle strap was also tiny and I couldn’t even wear it comfortably on the last hole. If you can’t fully tighten the ankle strap, then the studs don’t go all the way across the front of your ankle and there is a weird gap. These were a no brained return for me, unfortunately. If you have narrow feet and tiny ankles, these will work and be true to size!

These fit so oddly. I ordered two different sizes and had to return. I normally wear 7.5 and that was way too small, size 8 was so huge it was comical. Both sizes The strap around the ankle is too small to buckle on the largest size, and I don’t have large ankles. These were all around a disappointment and I would not recommend even though they are cute.

These are really cute sandals but I didn't heed others reviews about the problem with a too short/small ankle strap. My ankles are thin and I had to use the very last hole in the strap to get these on and even then they dug into my leg so unfortunately these have to be returned as they would be very uncomfortable. I don't understand how they are selling these as they are defective in my opinion. Sad as they are very cute sandals.

Very cute shoe, but it makes a horrible sound when walking. I can’t send them back since I wore them for a day at work.

Sandals are very cute and love that come in so many colors but sadly just not meant for wide feet. Even going up a 1/2 size and full size the shoes only get longer, not wider. Would love if you would offer these in wide sizes as well!

These shoes look great on a picture but super uncomfortable and run very small. You probably need to order two sizes larger than what you normally wear. They are also very narrow. Was looking for a good pair of clear flat sandals bit unfortunately these are not it.

Even though the straps were snug around my feet when I walked my feet totally slid backwards off the back of the sandals. Needs a back strap to keep on your feet. Don't waste your time.

The sandal is absolutely perfect, I honestly thought it was a little when I ordered, once I received the purchase. They worked out great, the color is fantastic, workmanship is A+. It a great purchase.

Super small and plastic construction

The ankle strap is very small. I do not have large ankles and yet I have to use the last hole on the straps and they are still tight and uncomfortable. I have worn the shoes once and will probably never wear them again because they just don’t fit due to how tight they are on the ankle.

I was so disappointed when I tried my pair on! I wanted these to work!!! For one - after reading most of the reviews - everyone said how they were tight or fit just perfect for the person with narrow feet. I have narrow feet - so I thought finally a sandal that might work. The pair I got had been tried on by a person with a WIDE foot. The right shoe was so stretched out I nearly walked out of the sandal. The left was better but still too wide.
