loved my boots until this weekend when the sole came apart from the front of my right boot! Approx 2 months old. How do I handle getting the boots exchanged since I no longer have the box it came in. For the price, this should NOT happen!!!

I was hoping these would replace my La Canadienne Felicia’s that have seen better days (I’ve had three pairs over many years!), but the wedge on these is higher. Going back. I love La Canadienne’s and always go half a size bigger bc their shoes tend to fit rather tightly on the top of my foot and my toes if I get my usual size 4.5 or 5. I get 5.5s and they’re usually good, but these seemed a bit bigger and were not a good replacement for the Felicia. I went with Sorel’s Evie instead. They’re not quite as cushiony as the La Canadienne and are a bit narrow for me, but for a boot that’s easy to walk in and still looks stylish, they were a better replacement than these for me.

The fit and size were perfect and the style is great...however, I ended up ordering this item THREE TIMES because each time it arrived the boots were very badly scuffed, all the way around. I finally gave up and asked for my money back! Too bad because I really liked them. I don't understand why Zappos doesn't check shoes to make sure they are in good condition before sending them out. I spoke to two people about this, including a supervisor, but didn't get an adequate response. It was along the lines of, "you can try again or we can just give you your money back." But, no offer to check the boots before sending for a FOURTH time. The company's business model seems quite poor. I don't think I'll be ordering from Zappos anymore.

You can walk through puddles in style with these. They are elegant and brilliantly constructed for long, comfortable walking through any fall, winter or spring weather. I have worn La Canadienne boots for over 15 years, and they have consistently been the best boots to be comfortable and stylish walking even through the streets of Paris for a month at a time. They last forever!

Love, love these boots! Bought them for a January trip to London. I wanted waterproof, comfortable to walk in, and good looking boots for our week-long trip. They were fantastic and I have continued to wear them through the spring. These are my first La Canadienne boots but I've known of their reputation and they did not disappoint. I will be looking for other products from the same brand. Worth the price, though I did get them on sale!

This is my third pair of La Canadienne boots; I am still wearing the other two after several years; they are warm enough in the cold and snow without additional socks. This pair has a lower heel and is lower on the leg, just for variation. Expensive, but recommended for comfort and durability. (I slip in extra arch support.)

These boots are well made but I really just didn’t care for the style. I love La Canadienne & will not give up on finding the right pair for me. I had a pair years ago & I wish I still had them! #bestbootsever
