They are comfortable and warm! I normally wear a 7.5 in Merrell's hiking shoes/boots, but they were too big even with thick socks. I ended up sizing down to a 7.0 and they are prefect. Love them!

Comfortable, cozy warm, great arch support, uniquely stylish. Very glad I purchased them. Easy slip on, slip off.

When I first tried these boots on at home I thought they would have to be returned. The fit across the ball of the foot was tight and my heels slipped. However, I realized the fit can easily be adjusted by loosening the laces across the front of the foot and tightening the laces around the ankle. Problem solved. I don't know how to explain this, but after wearing these boots for a short hike (3 miles) the first day, they felt like a custom fit boot--supportive, but super comfortable like the boot insole molded around my feet. The grip pattern on the sole is what I was searching for since my old Merrell Snowlions from years ago are beyond repair-- we have hard pack snow and ice for several months here in the mountains and these boots work great in those conditions. I will probably buy another pair or two in case this style is no longer available next year. Absolutely love this boot.

Nice and warm and waterproof . Getting a lot of use right now!

Bought these a year ago. They are warm, dry, mostly comfortable. Wear a 7ish shoe, but ordered these in 8.5 for good fit with socks. But getting in and out is annoying. Laces hold very tight, hard to undo, and hard to lace up snug again.

I like these boots! They did give me blisters at first so I had to wear extra thick socks with them. But they're very warm and kept my feet toasty and dry in 10 inches of snow.

These are great boots. However they are very narrow.

Like my other Merrell boots, these were not made to accommodate a high instep. Both my feet have rather high arches and the top of the boot is sewn in such a way as to limit the space allowed for them, so a bit too much pressure on the top of my foot. Otherwise warm, reasonably comfortable.

The inside tongue is rather stiff leaving an outward pleated bulge other wise the boot is good

Excellent boot. Waterproof. Comfortable. Fits true to size. Sole grip is great. My only observation is: The top opening is rather large and lets in snow if you're in deep snow. I broke mine in walking along the snowy Leelanau/Lake Michigan beach.

Decent boot. I haven't put it to any great winter tests, yet, other than it being good on some slippery spots in my yard. It's not as warm as some other boots I have, but still good. It will need some insoles to support my high arches. I have them set up to slide bare or stocking feet into to take the dog outside... so far so good, although there are some seams that are a bit hard on the skin inside around the laces. They're not as cute as I thought they would be.

I was looking for a boot to keep my feet warm but not too cumbersome for fat biking. I also needed them to keep me dry and have a good tread for walking and hiking. I wear a size 8 in a boot but bought a 8.5 so my orthotics fit in while wearing thicker socks. This boot is comfortable, keeps my feet warm and dry and is not cumbersome. The tread on this boot is ok so this is the area where it could use improvement. I would buy another pair.

I have these in black. They ARE certainly warm, and so far seem to be waterproof. I bought these to walk in the city during the winter. But the arch support is only so-so; I have other Merrells with better arch support. Not sure these will sustain me in a long walk on city streets. I'll probably find another more supportive insole and swap them out, which you can do since these are removable. Most people said order true to size, but I had to return the first ones and go a whole size up to fit any kind of winter sock. The laces don't slide very easily, so there's a lot of tugging with laces getting in and out - I should have ordered boots with less lacing. Maybe some wear will loosen up the lacing. I chose the boots without super lug soles for walking, but I have slipped on icy sidewalks. Mine seem well made and sturdy - that part is good.

Too small. I have to return it. The heel of the sole is too narrow for me. Not enough stable for the feet.

Sorry had to return these, just walking around in my living in them I could feel a blister forming. I walk about 8 miles a day and was looking so forward to have a pair of boots that I wouldn't fall on the slippery roads. Hopefully once we are no longer under code red I can find a pair of Merrells that I can continue walking long distances in.

La qualit est moindre que je m'attendais. Le rapport qualit prix est dcevant. Merrell a une rputation d'article chre mais de qualit, ce n'est pas le cas pour ces bottes, elle sont trop chres pour la qualit mme en spcial.
