I wanted to like these, but had to return them. I didn't find them comfortable, not enought support. Have heel spurs & pf. Super cute and very warm.

Good slipper/shoe - heal slips - prefer 'puff' style

tried another pair.. they are not made as well as those in previous years. The lining and foot sole are cheaper and thinner in feel. Hope to see the real shoe in the future!

This product has fallen a little short of its usual quality.

I ordered a 7 like I had previously but this 7 is bigger for some reason.

I have had a pair for about 8 years; my most favorite pair of shoes. I finally asked my family for a replacement pair for Christmas because the soles of my others were falling off. There is no way this pair will ever last that long. The quality is not nearly as great as they used to be in every way. I would have returned them if they weren't a present. The Sherpa in one of the shoes is trimmed very uneven. Too bad that all of the tried and true brands are dumbing down to save a buck.

These run 1/2 a size too big if you are hoping to wear them without socks. The "shearling" lining feels thin and cheap

While I love the look of this boot, the fit does not impress. The right boot feels longer than the left and my heel rises out of it in a way that does not happen on the left. Wearing socks makes it worse as it doesn't grip the back of my heel at all. I wear them only for very short periods of time, as they bug me more the longer I wear them. Not particularly good on ice either, need grippers. The arch support is good and I do love the sheepskin lining. So 3 starskind of mehdon't love, don't hate.

I have been wearing these shoes for a week and are mostly comfortable except for slippery insole which causes foot to slip inward. Is there a fix for this

Shoes look great and feel great if you use your own sole insert. There really isn't an insert unless you call a piece of fake sheep's wool an insert. I removed that and used my own. Otherwise they are warm and comfortable. Mine are used as indoor shoes for around the house.

I really wanted to like these but they just did not fit. I wear a size 9 across other brands and in other Merrell shoes and have never had sizing issues, but these were either way too big or the fit was just weird. My heels slipped in and out of the shoe whenever I walked and rubbed against the back of the shoe, which made my feet hurt and bleed pretty bad. The red color is also way less vibrant than they look in the photos, which was fine but a bit disappointing. Besides comfort, the look of the shoe is nice and it feels good quality. I love Merrell and was really excited about these so I'm really bummed I can't wear them.

Very warm and confortable but they're not safe at all on an icy sidewalk. Very disappointed

This was a good looking shoe but the arch on the left shoes was not constructed properly. I returned them.

If I had saved the box, I would be returning. I have 3 other pairs of the same type & love them. This pair seems stiffer & actually hurts my left foot. I was really looking forward to having this color in my wardrobe.

They are easy to wear and definitely warm. They have worn well out around the yard. But, the insole has compressed down after only a few wears. And it is not glued down and gets scrunched up under my foot which is annoying and gets painful. I have to stop and fix it constantly. I just wish it wouldn't scrunch!! Maybe I got a Lemon Pair, not sure.

I used to love the Encore but the heel is now too low and slips off my foot. Must have gone to a different manufacturer. Have tried 2x with no success. If you can keep it on your foot, it's a great shoe!

Love the look and slip on feature . Not as comfy as I'd hoped so I added padded insert soles and they work but can't wear shoes for too long as feet start to hurt. Maybe add more padding to your soles of your shoes?
