I bought these boots for winter walks with my girl Ruby, yellow lab. I never would have thought the first time I wore them would be in a hurricane in Florida. The wind was howling, rain pouring down, rain jacket on, and my boots. So glad my finger hit add to my cart. Water was above shoe height so the extra height on the boot kept my feet dry. That was about the only thing still dry after our necessary walk. Gotta love Merrill.

Comfortable. Haven't actually used them yet, too warm and dry. Looking forward to fall.

I have issues with the ball of my feet. These were perfect for farm work. The most comfortable shoes I can find. I hope Merrell continues making them.

The quality is superb, I deliver mail for the USPS, my feet are warm and dry all day. My only small complaint is the chaffing I get on my leg at top of boot if I wear 2 days in a row but a large bandaid stops it.

I bought these boots recently and they are so comfortable. In the future, if I purchase boots Merrell will be my brand because you don't have to "break them in". They come ready to wear.

I got these for my wife we where going hiking in Georgia. She loved them. She said they are very comfortable and true to size.

Excellent warm waterproof boot. Zipper makes it easy to get on and off. Had ordered a different Merrell winter boot a couple years ago in my size. This boot was tight . Ordered a size up in this boot and it fits great. Recommend this boot. Looks nice also.

These boots rode with me on 10 day, five state motorcycle trip. They kept my feet dry . Whether we were hiking in the mountains or walking streets on backroads towns, they were comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've been wearing these for 4 months and they are my absolute favorite. I spend a lot of time outside in cold, wet, muddy conditions and these boots haven't failed to keep my feet warm and dry. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

In searching for waterproof, insulated winter hiking boots, these caught my attention because they listed arch support, which I need for my high arch feet. After reading all the reviews, I ordered my standard size, which fit perfectly, and are very comfortable. The mid height sides were a bit stiff at first, so I decided to break them in while doing a serious landscape renovation in our Seattle area yard. Sturdy soles were put to the test for all the shoveling and hole digging in this rocky, wet clay soil. My toes were never cold, and my feet stayed totally dry. Being waterproof, the soles got a good hose jet cleaning each day. Considerable sod has been removed, 27 big shrubs are in place, the boots are well broken in, clean and looking like new. Now I know they will be comfortable for some long chilly-weather hikes on mountain paths!

These boots are both warm and compact. I travel to Alaska several times a year and have been searching for a warm but compact boot that wouldn't take up too much space in my luggage. These boots did not disappoint. My feet have stayed warm despite the frigid temperatures. As an unexpected bonus they are super easy to get on and off even wearing bulky mittens.

High cut took a couple of miles to break in but are comfortable now. Fit is true to size for me. Bought them for snowshoeing but have also used in late-winter mushy conditions - feet stay dry. Good aggressive tread.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for, for winter walking.

My last pair of Merrells lasted 16 Connecticut winters. Let that sink in. When these arrived, I was very happy to see the quality is still as great as it ever was. They've even made some improvements to the back where the sole comes together with the upper, which is the only thing wrong with my old ones. I love the zipper (easier for us thick-fuzzy-sock-wearers) and I imagine these will last me another 16, if not longer. So incredibly worth it!

I wanted a lightweight yet warm boot with a very good tread for ice for walking and they fit the bill perfectly. They fit just over the ankle with a zipper closing so are very easy to put on and take off.
