I bought this shoe for winter running. Unfortunately, this shoe never made it outside. It felt great on my foot- comfortable, good arch support, excellent traction. The toe box felt roomy but not loose; solid support for running without cramping the toes. However, my heel slipped when walking and running around. For reference, I have high arches and a slightly wider forefoot, but usually wear regular-width shoes.

This is the perfect shoe. It fits like a glove as the other customers mentioned. It just didn't give me enough support for outdoor activities. It is perfect for inside the house but for outside I need a stiffer foot bed.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I walk 3 miles every day and they are very supportive and still look new.

I LOVED this shoe so much I back ordered them. It was a perfect fit, and had fabulous foot control and traction for hiking. It took me 3 small hikes to realize that my feet were killing me AFTER I took them off. I went back to my old hiking shoe for a longer hike today and sure enough, my feet didn't hurt. I am still not sure what hurt so much, maybe I just have bad feet, but I am returning these with the fabulous help and support of Zappos despite the fact that I actually wore them already. Zappos is fantastic, and if I could get this same shoe with MORE padding underneath like my other Merrills, Im sure they would be perfect.

I adore shoes that get onto my feet and feel at home. These did the job. They're very comfortable and look great too.

I have worn Merrells for years and have to say these feel a little different than I expected. The bed of the shoe feels more narrow and somehow less solid than other comparable styles from years past. They are just okay.

These are really nice and supportive shoes. I have hard to fit feet. I have wide toes and narrow heels. These fit me well in the toe and are a little wide in the heel. Not perfect but not bad for my feet

Great shoe out of the box. Super comfortable with good overall support. Toe box wider than expected but nice as toes are relaxed when walking. Good grip on soles for walking on different terrains (concrete to moss, dirt roads, parks etc). Fashionable too.

Great shoe right out of the box! Super comfortable. Heels felt supported & there was no rubbing. Toe box wider than expected which was nice as my toes have room to breathe. I ordered an 11M my usual size & they fit great. Wide would've been too big. Sole has a cool grip making walking on different terrain in the rain easy and my steps sure. Will buy in different color!

Exactly what I needed!

These are perfect! I wear a size 6 and I bought a size 6. I have wide, short toes and narrow heals. These shoes don’t slip, are very comfy and have very grippy soles. Don’t worry about the initial squeaky soles, after less than a day of wear they no longer squeaked. (At least that was my experience.) The only bad part about these shoes is that I went to buy a second pair and Zappos was out of all the colors.

Shoes fit so well: Posture is better, whole body feels better and less fatigued, very good support. so far I have several Merrell shoe designs and find the size and width excellent for me.

I loved everything about these Merrell shoes except the toe box. It was too rounded for me and rubbed the outside edge of my foot and toes. If Merrell put their more square toe box on this shoe, I'd be in shoe heaven and buy every color! Sadly, this one must be returned.

These sneakers are positively awesome - I love them! Over the course of a day I sometimes do a lot of walking - these keep my feet extremely comfortable!

Fit well. Perfect width for my wide toe bed.

slightly larger than normal, but I love the feel and comfort of these sneakers.
