Caution: Design changed from original Encore Bypass to Encore Bypass 2. See pictures. I have worn these shoes daily for many years, going through at least half a dozen pairs. The new design is much tighter across the top of my foot. I had to buy a full size larger than before, and it's still not as comfortable.

When I read the other reviews I was concerned as I too wear a size 10.5 shoes although a size 11 2E (wide fitting) NB 990's. This is my third bypass in 20(?) years not counting the abomination that Merrell replaced this design with, a few years back. I am glad Merrell brought these slip-on's back, I chose size 11, fits well, good arch support. Given the other reviews, I guess I am lucky. The only gripe, if that, is the mesh feels a little stiffer than I remember - am sure it will soften in time. This is a keeper.

Bought these half a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. Easy on and off and do not slip or flop around while walking.

I reliably wear size 12EE. These are about 3/4" too big for me in size 12W. Exchanging for 11W. Hope those fit.

I have 2 simular pair I bought several ears ago, however, they had an expansion slot on either side of the center of the front of the shoe, which made them very comfortable. I haven't been able to find them. these are as close to those as I've been able to find. Hope these will be as comfortable!

My son normally wears Mens size 13 and I bought these for him in size 13 and they fit him perfectly. We live in Las Vegas and he has slides he uses most the year (when he needs to slip something on fast) but we have had a wet cold winter and his open toe slides don’t give enough coverage when taking out the dog or running to the mailbox- (he actually tried to slide into my encore clogs and that’s when I knew I had to get him a pair!) After I bought these for him he told me he is so happy I bought them and he didn’t realize how useful they would be! He is in the Air Force reserves and has developed Plantar Fasciitis and wearing these instead of being barefoot has really helped him from symptoms. I can’t say enough good things about these shoes. He rarely likes anything I buy him but these Merrell clogs gained me some respect again when it comes to mom purchases!

These are great shoes. They don't last forever ... but what does? I like them.

I've been wearing Merrell clogs around the house for years. I bought this pair to replace the traditional leather variety as I'm moving to a hot climate. They are bit stiff as other reviews call out, but I expect them to wear in just fine over time. They fit the same as the other models. My only complaint is the awful plastic/petroleum smell (hopefully not toxic...?) that they emanate once out of the box. It's dissipating very slowly - it's been a couple of days - and will hopefully go away before too long.

So I got a 14 bc I am a 14 in most shoes. These run a little big. I would NOT go down even a half size otherwise they would be too small. I just have to wear socks. It's not a big deal, but they are COMFORTABLE!

Caution: "Bypass 2" fits differently than original Bypass. I have worn through many pairs of Bypass in size 11, but the first pair of Bypass 2 felt way too small.

It seems that Merrell has changed their far eastern manufacturer/supplier. I have purchased this item several times over the years and this year the size and width are noticeably smaller especially in width. in any event I also ordered the same shoe albeit in a different color in a wide width which seems to be acceptable. NO, my 77 year old feet have not changed and I am only encountering this problem with the Merrill brand.

I bought this shoe on Zappos for $105. I later saw the same shoes on Amazon for $60. I called Zappos and they cancelled my order but would not give a reason for the huge price discrepancy. Doesn't Amazon one Zappos??

Great shoe for my husband - wide widths are difficult to find and this pair was a winner in comfort, style and support.

Excellent in every way.

My husband loves these so much, I just buy him a new pair every few years.
