I'm usually an 8.5 or a 9, the 9's were too big, 8.5 is perfect. I had a number of things that I was looking for in a boot - after several purchases and returns, these checked all the boxes. Lightweight, waterproof, warm, a softer (quieter) grippy sole, good lug pattern (not smooth), good arch support, good cushioning in the heel strike, and good looking at a fair price.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka One One for comfort, but they don't hold up well
