First the bad, this slipper is truly ugly. If you can get past that, it’s perfection. The slipper challenge for me is I need my heel to be slightly higher than the rest of my foot. This is due to a bad knee and Achilles issues. I also need arch support due to bouts of PF. I ordered some Steadman’s and they are lovely, but I didn’t think the heel had enough lift. Also, I need a little give with my support, and I wasn’t sure about the cork sole. Most slippers are entirely flat, even those with arch support. This checks all my boxes except style and I’m ok with wearing a house slipper that looks like a shoe for an old man with diabetes. In Vionics, I usually wear a 6 - a half size smaller than with many shoes - the 6 fit perfectly. If you have big feet, I’m not sure you’ll be able to get past the esthetics. The slipper looks huge even in a 6.

I had already tried (and Returned) the "Open Back" Slide version of this slipper by Vionic (Carlin) as it had too much volume and the strap did not help much. This Vionic, "Jackie" was a better fit and the slipper stayed on. But....I will be returning this one too. The arch support is GREAT as you would expect from Vionic. The insole is NOT removable. The main problem for me is the stiffness of the top and where it hits & presses (area UNDER the strap). I have to be super careful that nothing digs into my tendons due to having "lace bite" from figure skates. The slipper also felt like something was off. The insole is SO supportive....but there is NOT much structure to the rest of the slipper. Strangely enough my Vionic Tide Flip Flops feel better!

Wonderful fit and super warm. I’ve had them on all day. I highly recommend these for people who need extra support. They are lovely!!

These slippers are the most comfortable and supportive slipper and shoe I have ever worn. I wear a 9.5 street shoe and a 10 athletic shoe. I tried Vionic athletic shoes, but they squished my toes and after size 10 they only come in full sizes, so I couldn’t size up. I was concerned these slippers would be the same, but I ordered a size 9.5, but they were actually too big. I exchanged for a size 9 and they fit great. I wouldn’t say they run large; it’s more that the style itself is roomy. The toe box is sturdy with lots of room in the width and length for my toes and front of my foot. I have osteoarthritis on the bones on top of my foot and cannot wear shoes or slippers such as flip-flops, clogs or mules so that truly limits what slippers I can wear. The Vionic Jackie is a Mary Jane style that fits comfortably and stays on securely and does not stress my arthritis. I have tried many slippers, but they are so sloppy after a week or two they do not stay on well. It is not the cutest slipper, but I don’t care about that. The other down side to it is that it is definitely for cooler, colder weather and too hot in the summer, late spring and early fall. I wish Vionic would make a summer version of this slipper with all the same great support but make the body out of a nice lightly quilted cotton. I hope I can find some other Vionic styles that fit. My podiatrist recommends Vionic as one of the best brands to wear.

I wanted closed back slippers for the colder months but I also need good arch support. These are great! They fit really well, have good arch support, and are super comfy! I am very happy with this purchase.

These fit perfectly, just what I need for around the house support and warmth. Easy to put on and great for my high arches. I usually purchase a 9.5 in shoes. also ordered the 9s in these. I can wear either but the 10s are more comfortable and not sloppy at all.

The material in the arch support was overkill. After wearing these all day to do housework, I was shocked to see a severe bruising on the side of my ankle around the edge of where the arch support hits my foot. I knew the shoes were overly heavy, but couldn't believe the sore foot I was left with. Wish I would've snapped a photo........

They are not the most attractive slipper in the world, though the color is pretty. However, they fit great and are nice and sturdy and provide good arch support. Just what I need.

Roomy, secure on my foot. Rounded front accommodates my difficult toes :-) Good for indoors or a quick dash outside. Would be perfect in a soft leather. Recommended.

Purchased these for my mother. She finds them comfortable, easy to wear, and safe for daily use.

My 2nd pair of these Vionic slippers. My only complaint is that the buttons fell off.

Good, solid, basic, comfortable, warm slippers! Very happy with my purchase. Wouldn't wear these or any other slippers to go out clubbing, lol.

I have wide feet. So I ordered a half size up. Perfect fit. The toe bed has ample room and overall arch support is a bit more than any other slippers I’ve had.

Well constructed, nice looking but appearance is not to my liking. I have a large foot but these make my feet look lie battleships. The toe box is roomy and they are comfortable jut not a pleasing appearance.

Size 9 too small, size 10 also. Both in length and width. Great fabric,

I wear 7 1/2. I bought size 7 but they are somewhat tight. I wish Vionic make half size shoes.

I'm a size 7 narrow and needed supportive slippers for my planter fasciatis. While these aren't offered in narrow sizes (I ordered a 7M), they were the only ones I could find with arch support that didn't slip off my feet. So thankful!!

They are very comfortable and good support. The hardest part was finding the correct size since they do not come 1/2 sizes. They are also not easy to slip on if you need something for the bedside. However, if you need slippers throughout the day, they are a good option being both comfortable and supportive.

These slippers are the best to date. The slippers are warm, have fairly good arch support, stay on my feet, do not slip on wood floors, and are silent when I walk around. However, the slippers are too wide, especially at the heel. Fortunately the band across the top of the foot tightens the slipper enough so I don’t walk out of them. There is definitely enough room for socks. You cannot just slip these slippers on and off; a bit of effort is required to put them on. At this point, after returning MANY previous slippers failures, these slippers are good enough. I have little hope of finding better. In short, I recommend them.

Fit ok but too hard and foot slips forward and hurts toes. But I do have hypersenstive feet so this probalby would not apply to many users.

I ordered size 9. In dress shoes I wear size 8.5 or 9 narrow or medium and in Brooks athletic shoes I wear size 9.5 medium. Wearing socks, I could not get these slippers on. With no socks, my toes nearly touch the ends and the fit over the instep is too tight. Although there is an adjustable velcro strap as shown in the photos, underneath that the shoe has a short -- and uncomfortably tight -- elastic strap section. I'm used to wearing crocs, so to me this slipper is not that big looking or clunky at all. The pink is a nice rose color. The arch support feels good. This slipper may work for you if your foot is very narrow and/or you don't want to wear socks. I want to wear socks with my slippers, so I'll try something else.

9 too small, so returned and got a 10, also not comfortable or large enough! I am generally a 9 or 9 and half. Loved the style and loved the speed of your deliveries and refunds.

All felt great, liked the heel support, but I have to return them due to the tightness over the top of the foot...too uncomfortable. I even have a slim, narrow foot...so I don't know how a 'thicker' foot could handle them either. Sad...cuz I liked everything else about it!
