Thank you for reaching out to me. My comments/feedback are likely to surprise you. First of all, I was REALLY disappointed when I tried on the slippers around (the inside of) my home. Because I had spent HOURS researching, and trying to find a source, that had my size and preference. And since I know that UGG is an excellent brand, I couldn’t wait to get my new slippers (I’m working from home permanently now, and LIVE in my slippers). So WHY was I so disappointed? They actually FIT PERFECTLY. The only problem (and of course this is only my opinion) was a design flaw. Who wants to wear slippers (with a VERY durable sole; and NOT like a “flip-flop” type slipper) that BARELY comes up, on the back of your heel. Therefore, every step feels like I will be coming OUT of my slippers, on the NEXT step. Please know, I’m not the type of customer that’s looking for a “freebie”. I’ve been in the service industry for 40 years. And my main job, is finding out what our customers want and need. Hence me taking the time to do this. So please relay to the UGG Folks, that I am 100% confident, these slippers would sell MUCH BETTER, if they stayed on your feet. I now have to go back to the drawing board, with TRYING to find slippers that LOOK just like this, and are durable, AND comfortable (and YES, stay on my feet :-). Thanks for hearing me out. At first these slippers were very good, but the inside "fake" fur (not real like a true UGG), wore down quickly. And for some reason these slippers pick up static electricity like nobody's business. When I wear them I get static shocks when I touch every thing electronic or metal. After having them for roughly a month or two, even though they still look new with regard to the look on the outside of the shoe, I will never wear them again. Just for comparison sake, before I bought these, I had actual UGG slippers that were excellent. If you really want an UGG slipper, don't buy this less expensive model that isn't a true UGG, and spend the extra money to get real UGGs.

Wonderful product, but with all the furry insides, I had to get a replacement of a full size larger.

Perfect indoor/outdoor slipper.

Bought these for my 16 yo for Christmas. He liked them so much he asked for another pair this year! He wears them everywhere- to school, around town, etc. He left to the Bahamas with them on and completely forgot to pack beach shoes or tennis but he didn’t mind it one bit. The suede material, the solid shape and the rubber sole have all held up really well over nearly 12 months of daily wear outside the house.

My son has worn these almost daily for the last 7 months and they have held up well. The material is soft but durable and the soles are high quality and weather resistant.

Beautiful slipper had to order again one size smaller to fit. Was worth the extra effort to re-order. Ordered again for my son-in-law for Christmas I know he’ll be extremely happy thank you

Love these. They fit a little funny but are warm, comfy, work well outside, and look nice. Money well spent for me.

These look great on. Dad loves them for his slippers. They can be worn to the store or errands. Very nice looking.

Love the slippers just a little big. But it’s comfortable for the house.

Purchased the slippers for my son as a gift!! He loved the fit, comfort, and warmth!! They where true to size!! So if you wear socks maybe half or whole size up!!

Bought these for my hubz. He loves them. They look great and he said they are a perfect fit and super comfy. A great indoor slipper with enough tread to pop outside to grab wood for the fire without slipping and sliding in the snow. Very happy with this purchase.

Fit and size on the money. Easy on and off no issue for me, the inside, imitation not the real wool like the regular UGG product line and the price was less as well so I handled those two points without issue. It is not a soft and cushy slipper but I needed a slipper with a platform base for stability so this slipper met my personal criteria

Shoes are fine. Delivery was slow. Shipped on 7/10 from DFW, arriving about two driving hours away from destination. Apparently misloaded on flight in Ontario CA to Anchorage, AK, then back to Ontario CA and finally delivered to me on 7/14.

They were a little tight to start but are beginning to loosen and stretch

Because these are slippers I went with my exact size, but with any slipper you have to break them in to truly feel comfortable with them. Hoping that once I break them in and stretch them out a little they'll feel more comfy. Other than that they're perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Out of the box these slippers felt very tight. I have a high arch and it was difficult to get my unsocked foot (size 9) fully into the slipper. The top of the slipper can be a little looser for a more comfortable fit. As I have been wearing these almost daily for the last week or so, they have loosened up a bit and they are more comfortable, but I don't see ever being able to wear socks with these slippers.

Feels nice against the skin, but not easy to slip on as it keeps getting caught under heel when first putting them on. I wouldn’t buy these again without a design change. I prefer a full height heel wrap.

Nothing like buying the real Ugg’s spend the extra $40 too tight on the ankle
