I would love to buy more Vionic shoes but I wear a narrow width. There are only a couple of styles that come in narrow. Please please make more narrow width styles!!! Thank you!

I just received my order which I was so excited to get. I've been a loyal vionic customer for 5 years and always order a 7 (half size smaller than most brands) but these were snug in length and width. Surprised and disappointed but the shoes are gorgeous of course! Maybe the patent leather has less give than the suede which is sometimes the case.

Cute, but painful to wear. The back rubs and causes a blister.

I own over 20 pairs of Vionics and have worn them for years. I'm ALWAYS a size 9. These - the size 9 was way too tight (and I don't have wide feet) and the 9 1/2 was too big. The material is stiff and unforgiving. VERY uncomfortable. I normally love all Vionic shoes, but these were my least favorite.

They looked great with good arch support but they gave me horrible heel blisters and dug into my heels. Thanks fully Vionic has a great return policy and I was able to return these shoes without any hassle.

Lena flats in tan. I wore them to work in an office environment. The material practically peels off of them. Not durable at all. 6 months and they look terrible. I love the look and the low but solid heel with dress slacks. But not the quality I expect for the price paid.

The shape of the toe is very unforgiving. I can only wear them for about half a day before my toes start hurting

I've given up on Vionic dress shoes. They looks SO cute but the arch is really far back the heel is super tight and the shoes run narrow. This is the second pair of Vionic dress shoes I'll have to return because of similar problems. I also have the ballet flats which are ok but still rub on the heel after a year of having them. To be fair though I do have two pairs of sneakers and they both fit great and are very comfortable.

I ordered the brown leather flat. I wanted to like this shoe so badly but it was so stiff I could barely walk. I don't even know if I could break it in because I couldn't even start to wear them. The sides really cut into the side of my feet as well. It was also tight on my toes and I normally wear pointed toe flats. Perhaps my toes wouldn't have been as squished if I ordered a half size up but they were so stiff that I didn't bother trying a new size. I love the look and the arch support was great but the shoe was not comfortable overall. I also ordered the black and white spotted style but those were not comfortable either. My toes were squished and the material cut into the sides of my feet.

As a huge Vionics fan I really wanted to love these Lena Ballet Flats in Copper but I simply cannot. The 'leather' is WAY TOO HARD and is very uncomfortable as there is no give at all. The fabric rubs my feet and causes blisters. I wish I had known this when I ordered them or I would have returned them. The support is as usual great and they are really terrific looking but only if you are sitting or lying on your back admiring them from above. Too bad.

I bought these shoes and I was very excited when I took these out of the box. A very nice looking shoe and well made. However I was very disappointed when I put the shoe on and it was too tight and small. Also the arch support hit in an odd place more to the back where my heel started instead of the actual arch of the foot. Sadly I had to send hem back.

I bought these shoes a few months ago because I needed some good shoes to 'run' around in and heels just didn't wokr. I knew Vionics were known for plantar facitiis and thought that these would be great for me. However everytime I wear them I end up with blisters on both of my ankles. They aren't too small and they are not too big. I have tried wearing the mole skin bandaids and the small thin socks and I still get the blisters. I really want to like these because they are exactly what I want but the blisters are so painful I can only wear them once a week if even that often.

I wanted to buy these in both animal prints if they worked for me; Vionic upping their style game! Hesitated to order a pointy-toe shoe online as it's a harder fit for me. Found a place locally that carries this one so I could try it on. Vionic shoes have always fit me but this one doesn't *at all.* My regular size was the right length but my heel slipped out with every step. Tried on a half-size down but it was too small. Rats!

I have worn and loved Vionic shoes for over a decade. I've never had a bad pair (and I own over a dozen) until I bought the Lena. First, they were TERRIBLY uncomfortable. Because of the Vionic reputation, I decided I would try to break these in -- something I would never consider doing with any other brand. I wore them partial days and had other shoes with me at work to change into when I couldn't take the rubbing anymore. I had blisters under my ankles, on my heel, and even between my heel and my arch. Ouch! As if that wasn't bad enough, in less than a month of wearing them two to three times a week, the "leather" has completely worn away from the tips of both toes. They look shabby and are completely unfit to wear. I am returning these for a refund. I'm hoping that this shoe is an outlier and that this isn't the new quality standard for Vionic. I will now be going to a few 2nd hand websites to see if they have my previous style in stock somewhere. I'm not ready to give up on Vionic just yet, but I will not spend this kind of money for sub-standard quality.

I've worn Vionic shoes faithfully for 10 years because they look chic and professional while also providing the much-needed support for my problematic feet when I'm on my feet all day. These shoes (and others they've come out with lately) have a hard plastic heel instead of the full rubber sole & heel of previous flats, making them incredibly painful to wear for a full, active day. As other loyal customers may agree, I'm willing to pay more for shoes that provide the look, support, and comfort I need, but if corners are cut and the quality suffers, I'll no longer be able to justify it. Vionic, please bring back the full rubber soles & heels so I don't have to look elsewhere.

These shoes rubbed the back of my ankle horribly. I wore them for a very short time but have the worst blisters from them. I have several pair of Vionics and this is the first pair I will have to return. I will be trying other styles of flat dress shoes to see which pair does not rub.

This past year I've ordered over 6 pair of Vionics and I currently own 30+ pair of Vionics. I ordered these as the design would be a classic staple for any wardrobe. I thought they redesigned them from the horrible experience last year...but now they are worse! The edge of the shoe cuts into the side of the knuckle on your big toes, it shows way too much toe cleavage that looks hideous, and now the arch support is NOT the traditional vionic support we all know and love. I tried to these in a 8, 81/2 and size 9. Every one was bad! I also ordered three pair from the Beach collection and the supports are absolutely horrible (definitely NOT the same supports/insoles in my other Vionics). It appears to me that Vionic is more interested in profit and lesser quality now so back by they all go! I'm done with Vionic!!!!!!

Need arch support. Was very excited to find a pair of flats that offered that AND are cute. Bought two different colors - wore both a few times and they ripped up my heels. Am not new to breaking in shoes, but these were impossible to break in. Very expensive and completely unwearable.

I have owned the same style Vionic shoes in the past and they were amazing! So comfortable and stylish. At some point they changed the design for the insole and they are now the single most uncomfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. I cannot bear to stand in them, let alone walk in them! The insole is made extremely hard (possibly wood?) and the arch is misplaced and you cannot remove it to replace it with a sole that is actually even mildly comfortable. I made the mistake of ordering 3 pairs because they were so comfortable in the past. Complete and utter waste of very good money. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in this redesign.

I was going to buy these in every color...a classic staple in any closet for jeans or dress. I was so excited to get the first pair and then was thoroughly disappointed. The front of the shoe showed toe cleavage and did not fit right when you walked in them. If I ordered a size up they'd be way too big and ordering a size down was nothing but bad news for my feet. The arch supports and insoles was fabulous. Redesign this and bring it back!

I am beyond shocked by how much I disliked these flats. From an appearance standpoint they're lovely. But function and comfort are appalling. Both feet are bloody blistered rubbed raw and just downright painful after wearing these flats. I'd I could only submit pictures as proof!!!!!

I loved this shoe until I tried it on. The arch support is wonderful but the back of the shoe is too tall and curves inward toward your tendons. It hurts. It's too tall in the back.
