LOVE LOVE LOVE...but...an iPhone 11 Pro Max in a slimline case did not fit in the outer back slip pocket, which is where I always keep my phone. Sadly, I decided to send it back rather than to retrain myself to put the phone under the flap, with the turnlock, which would make it awkward for quick-use things like answering calls or taking photos. Sorry, Coach!

Bag is beautiful and roomy and the color is gorgeous.

Such a perfect little bag. Comes with 3 interchangeable straps! Zappos also sent it wrapped very well and packaged. All tiny details were cared for in this bag by Coach. absolutely loving it!

I was worried about ordering Coach through Zappos, but this was the ONE store that came through for me! They sent my Cassie 19 Valentine's edition Petunia Pink Cassie with the leather wrapped heart chain short strap COMPLETELY factory-wrapped. Everything (EVERYTHING) was included: Heart Chain strap, crossbody strap, Coach dust bag, tags, original plastic outer bag. Zappos, if I'd known you were sending Coach this carefully, I would've been purchasing my bags here MUCH sooner. The bag is adorable, and as expected from Coach, top quality.

I purchased it because of the faded blue color even though I didn't have great luck with the style in the past. The chain is heavy. I love the top handle and crossbody straps though. The bag in general is a little heavy for my bad shoulder and I do prefer one open compartment over three divided ones so returned it. *The crossbody strap can come off but if you put the claps with the opening facing outward, it resolves the issue.*
