I would have to go two sizes up for these to fit. They are small in the ankle and very difficult /impossible to pull on

These are impossible to pull on. The opening was too small to fit my foot. I ordered a second pair a full size larger and had the same problem

They run very very small !! At least two sizes too small.

The opening to put your foot in is too tight… I have five pairs of Uggs in this same size that all fit great. I couldn’t even get this pair on. My foot literally couldn’t slide in. I felt like Cinderella’s step sisters! This kookaburra Uggs brand offshoot not for me.

The shoes were fine. The purchaser's heart attack apparently caused her ankles to swell a lot. Even though this purchase was of shoes 2 or 3 sizes larger than usual, they were too small and had to be returned. We apologize for your trouble.

ENORMOUS!

These boots are not typical Ugg. I have several pairs, all fit about the same and are heavenly comfortable. These booties, which I ordered to wear around the house in winter, hurt pulling the right foot on, they don't feel like they are properly lined, they feel like stiff cardboard, and are too small.

I did not care for this brand. The style of the shoe was longer than the regular Australia Uggs and the fur in the inside felt completely different, it felt authentic.
