I have an average to slightly wide foot. The toe box in this shoe is narrow.

This shoe is well made with good support but I could barely get my feet into them since they were so narrow. It's attractive in a funky hiking sort of way. I thought it would be great for shorts or jeans or khakis on a trip with hiking. My feet aren't all that wide but this is not a pair for people with bunions.

Loved the look and color of the shoe. It appears well made and very sturdy. I did not know about the water-proof aspect. I wanted to like the shoe, but it was just too narrow. Where the tongue is sewn to the shoe was too tight on my right foot making it difficult to get my foot in. Once in the shoe it was comfortable, but I was concerned that if it did not stretch out width wise it would not be comfortable long term.

Though the shoe is beautiful the fit was smaller for a 6.5 and the width narrow, and toe box did not accommodate my foot.

These are so hard to get on. Once they are on, they are comfortable. If you have wider feet, do not buy

Way too narrow for a supposed standard width shoe.

If you like a roomier toe box stick with the non-GTX 3" version.

Love the style and seem very well made. However, has a very odd fit overall - I have narrow feet and these still felt too narrow both in the toe box and under the laces and then my heel slipped despite being tight. I normally wear a 7.5 and that is the size I ordered. Sizing down a half size to prevent heel slipping would have been impossible with the width. Just didn't work for my foot and sadly had to return.

Lightweight and pretty cute (though they look very wide looking down). Unfortunately my heel kept slipping. Sadly have to return.

I really wanted these to work for me because they are very handsome. Unfortunately, they were too snug in the toe and too loose in the heel. There was also an annoying lump on the outer side of left foot under the first lace eyelet. Have to send them back. Bummer.

I think one was defective, the left felt fine but the right hurt the top of my foot.

I really wanted these to work. Ordered my normal size, 6.5. Way too tight and couldn't get my foot in. Exchanged for a 7 and they were still too tight across the top of my feet. The tongue is sewn-in, so loosening the laces still doesn't allow enough give. My partner purchased Danner hiking boots and loves his BUT had to order Wide width. Neither of us has ever worn a Wide shoe but sadly, I'm not seeing this as an option for women.

Nice quality but very snug, even going a half size larger. The toe box cut is just small and I’ve never had an issue with narrowness of shoes before. Wish they worked as I do like the style.

Stiff and uncomfortable

Very cute and comfortable throughout the toe box, but feels like the heel is too low, and about to slip off. My foot doesn’t feel secure in the low rise of the back of the shoe. Returning for another Danner model to see if that will work better.
