Solid boot and comfortable. True to size.

Not a good fit if you don't wear bootcut jeans.

I'm trying to break these in, as they feel like they COULD fit, but the leather is incredibly stiff. I'm hoping it breaks in eventually, so I can actually wear the shoes.

These boots apparently run very small. I ordered a half size up thinking that would be good. They are very stiff and uncomfortable out of the box, I have no experience with boots but I cant imagine how they could break in and be comfortable, the price is too high to risk that, so I had to send them back. They are nice, appear to be well made.

Casual but smart! Glad I sized up- getting too old to break boots in.

I bought these boots in chocolate brown for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! I got them for her because she consistently wore my Frye boots in cognac which I have had for 10+ years!

These boots are beautiful but so stiff and uncomfortable. I've got 2 pairs of Campus boots that I love and I really wanted to love these but they did not work for me.

I love my Veronica inside zip Frye boots -size 8. The leather is gorgeous and the color is as shown on the website. Already feel broken in after second time wearing them.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. The boot was too big and I wanted to exchange . The website wont let me. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Do not buy from this company. If you are unhappy with your purchase, youre out of luck. Buyer beware.

Zipper already broke

My husband bought these bouts for me and they are too big. It says they are not returnable. I am trying to reach a person to talk about exchanging this boot but no one is answering the phones and so far no one has responded to my email. I would be stay away from purchasing from Frye until the actually have ppl to deal with customer issues.

Love them needs a more cushioned sole for increased foot support

Uncomfortable. Very narrow and could barely get my foot into the shoe even though I ordered the same size of another pair of Frye boots that I own

The color is nice caramel but it does look like its going to scuff easily and badly. Ive oiled them already because theyre so stiff, and that helps a little, but I imagine a shoe polish would be more helpful. These are not shoes you can walk off in without breaking them in. Im actively wearing them around the house and still feeling its gonna be a while before I can wear them out without destroying my feet.

The sole already split- non refundable

I like it but its not quite right. I wear 9.5 in sneakersbut I bought the recommended size 10 and since I cant tighten with laces like the Veronica combat (sz 10 works for that shoe) my heel lifts a loteven with thick socks. I might try the 9.5 but Im afraid the toes will be slightly tight as they are in the 9.5 shoes Ive bought here before (combat and harness). Im between sizes since my feet are a little narrow in the heel and high arch. but my toes need lots of room. Also, the slate color is more of a Matt finishnot shined up like in this picture. I dont like it as much Ill return and ponder ordering a size down because its a wonderful boot otherwise. Perfect height and cushion. And Looks cute

Color is different in photo. It showed more patina online. The boot I received lacked character and was a grey brown. It also showed signs of wear as if it was a return which was the main reason I returned.

Beautiful - fit, colour, material quality all excellent!

Wanted the Melissa inside zip I had before. Ordered these because they were the closest thing to that available. The leather is stiff and ugly. I noticed there was a bunch of polish on the paper they were wrapped in. After I had put them on and worn them one time, I saw scuff marks where the polish was. Will never get frye again.

This was an easy purchase to make since I have other pairs of Veronica boots. The chocolate brown is a nice neutral color for winter. The sole with some tread is better too for winter wear. This pair did seem unusually stiff when I first put them on. It took several times of walking on rugs to get them broken in, but I am happy to say I can now comfortably wear them all day!

The zipper was broken and I had to send them back and wait for Frye to process the return. Seems like they could have overnighted a new pair but they refused. All Frye needed to do was make an attempt to make the situation right instead of worse. Very disappointed, I thought this was a better company and better product, but theyre junk.
