These mittens have surpassed my expectations! I use them heavily at the resort and bring them on REALLY cold days in the backcountry. The included wrist loops are a huge lifesaver when performing tasks on the lift, in line, or on the slopes. I never have to worry about dropping my mittens. The cinch cord and tightening strap are both very easy to use, even with the mittens on. The dexterity is that of a good mitten, don't expect to be sending texts with these on. I suffer from chronically cold hands, but these have kept my hands warm below 10 degrees with plenty of wind. The goretex does its job and my hands stay super dry. Overall very pleased with these mittens and would recommend to everyone!

Gloves were true to size and fit very well. They will keep your hands warm in the frigid cold and are very comfortable. Great purchase.

Good design, good quality, water proof and warm. The gauntlets are generous and the leases are very functional.

These mitts work great. Was out in 10 degree temps and kept me perfectly warm. Product is very well built and should last a long time.

Excellent Warmth and Waterproofness. OR provides an excellent product as well as is one of the few companies in todays world that will completely stand by their product. Thanks for your excellent customer service as well as excellent products you manufacture. The only con to the mitt is that the Sensor Technology doesn't work as well as I thought it would for the touch screen phones, but who needs a cell phone when having fun.

I love these mittens! They are very comfortable and provide enough warmth for even the coldest of days. The leather is well placed and seems thick enough to prevent cuts from ski/board edges. The tethers are quality and adjustments are easy with the mits on (don't have to get cold hands to adjust to the perfect fit).

These are the warmest gloves I've ever owned. And they're not obnoxiously oversized like other gloves meant for low temps. The cuff that goes over the sleeve has been very helpful in closing the chilly gap between where the sleeve ends and normal gloves begin. They feel very well made and substantial without being cumbersome. I've used them for single digits to around 30 degrees and I haven't felt the cold come through. Great purchase!

These mittens are very warm and comfortable. The only minor gripe I have with them is the cuff is too small/tight to fit around a thick insulated Carhartt jacket. It is the perfect size to use when skiing in a sweatshirt, but if it's warm enough to ski in a sweatshirt, it's too warm to use these mitts.

I bought these to replace an OR Meteor Mitt which I dropped down a vault toilet by accident while snowboarding at Vail (RIP), and after years of serving me well, I look at these as an upgrade. They are warm but I prefer the meteor mitts for a few reasons. 1.) The cuffs on these are much smaller making it tougher to pull over a jacket sleeve, not terrible but definitely not as easy, 2. this might be more of a sizing issue, but the palm material being leather vs synthetic seems much stretchier and tougher to undo my binding strap. 3. The meteor mitt has a fleece inner mitten which does a much better job at sweat-wicking. It is likely better to just get something a little less toasty like the meteor which still does a great job but won't sweat your hands out like a steam room. Overall, they are warm. I wore them on likely the coldest day riding of the season and my hands still sweat but they were toasty enough to offset that.

Never replied my emails. Had to call them for multiple times. Finally picked up, the person's attitude was alright but definitely explained unpleasing return/exchange policies and methods. No exchange/return for credits for the items purchased over 60 days ago..even it is a continuing product. I couldn't say more but will never be an online Outdoor Research customer again.
