The shoe is designed more like a slip-on shoe and does not have a tongue that is separate from the upper. The material is very elastic and you just slip your foot into the shoe. The laces appear to be more for show than anything else. There is a large leather patch on the tongue that is very inflexible and digs into the front of my ankle every time I take a step. If the leather patch was not on the tongue, the shoe would actually be quite comfortable.

The upper material was cheap and flimsy, and I really prefer a shoe with a tongue, it's getting to where you have to spend over a $120.00 to get a decent pair of shoes.

They were way too big even though this is a size I usually wear. There was no support and I require little support in shoes. These sneakers seemed cheap.

These were the worst Addidas I've ever owned. There is little or no arch support and after wearing them twice, the shoes seemed to spread out and look like canoe paddles. The way that the heal guard is designed in some sort of inverted angle makes even putting them on a chore. In short, these shoes are unwearable.
