I really like the comfier of this shoe. However, I recommend ordering your regular shoe size. I ordered a half size larger, a size 7, based on reviews and, while not bad, I think my regular size of 6 1/2 would have been better.

Those shoes are really comfortable. There is enough cushioning on them. I walk/jog/run in them. They do feel little to big on me though. Next time I'll buy half size smaller.

Great for shorter distances - under 10 miles. Lightweight and I was able to have a faster turnover. Feel good right out of the box. Only drawback, my heal came out of the shoe a bit so I used the last shoe string hole to fix that.

I was so excited about getting my shoes. Finally came in and I wore them for my 1st 12 hour. Not comfortable at all. I’m hoping I can return these after wearing them 1 time.

These shoes are overall comfortable and lightweight. However, I have worn these shoes 3 or 4 times and the bottom of the shoe is already wearing off. For the price of these shoes I was disappointed in the quality of the sole.

the color is pretty but the style of the shoe looks weird. The back of the shoe is too long.

My previous running shoes were Hoka and I loved them! These running shoes, not so much. For some reason I have gotten blisters on the bottom of my toe, and the side of my toes are rubbing on something. I have to wear bandages. Wish I could return these! I paid a lot for them and they are not a good running shoe for me!

I have had these shoes for less than a month. They are very comfortable but I have been surprised at how quickly the tread on the bottom of the sole is wearing out. My workout routine is primarily comprised of cardio on the elliptical & outdoor walks - I typically try to get about 3 miles in per day. If the tread on these shoes sustains their current rate of decline it will surprise me if they last more than 2-3 more months.

No good for me! ? hate that... tried to make it work, one day in and sides of foot hurt too much (even on treadmill) too narrow for my semi wide foot ?????. Def still a fan of my carbon x... wore out the last pair I love’d so much (not the tongue system on any hoka yet). Returning these and praying the carbonic 2 will be as great as 1st series..... ??

I really like the look of this sneaker, but the fit just wasn't as perfect as I wanted considering how expensive it was. There is literally no arch support. Additionally the lacing is odd. I didn't feel like my heel would stay in place unless I laced up to the very last hole which was uncomfortable. On the positive side they do feel really cushy. I wish they had been my perfect sneaker match.

This was my 5th pair of cliftons to buy. I wish it wasn't named the Clifton edge bc they aren't near as comfortable as my normal Clifton. I think the name is misleading.

Because of Covid I was not able to try these out when I purchased them a few months ago. So i finally did. I love Hokas but this one did not fit my feet like the others. It has a cushion around the inside on the upper part where your ankle is. Well for my bony ankle bones it rubbed it and I got a blister just after a casual mile walk and no running. So I had to send back.

Got this shoe for support for my achilles but if anything the pain has been more evident using these shoes. And it's pretty pricy should've done more research for something better.

I am having a hard time liking the Clifton edge. The cushion is great but I am getting blisters when I run after. The tongue of the shoe is to flimsy and folds up while running no matter how tight I tie my shoe. The tongue is too thin and short. I wear a bandage under my sock.

Terribly disappointed given the hype. Did not experience any comfort whatsoever. Flat as a pancake and hard insole. Cant figure out reviews saying it is a cushy comfortable shoe! ?

Okay, these cost $30 more than the regular Clifton. They have a narrower toe box that cramps my normal width foot. They have the most flimsy insole I have ever seen in a running shoe. And, the rubber bottom is hard when you strike.

Why would you make the tongue sharp? I get bloody ankles every time I run.

I had no idea that that heel sole extended by about 1 1/2 inches, so your foot looks much too big. Also expect this extra unnecessary added length would make shoe clumsy. Trip over yourself. The Clifton 7 was such a perfect shoe. It is a shame it has been replaced with the 8 and other models, not of which can stand up to the Clifton 7.

I loved the look of this shoe…but the tongue cuts in to my leg/ankle. The tongue is not cushioned it’s a piece of thin foam with sharp edges.

I'm a toe striker and the extended excess shoe material behind the heel changes my stride so I really cannot train (I run 50-100 mi per week)

I have been a Clifton fan for years, but the new internal elastic they added around the foot is awful. My foot went numb within minutes. Returned immediately. Extremely disappointing.

I have run in these for 2 years - great shoe on trails and road
Toe caught road once but that was in pothole hell and likely with most running shoes

They fit perfectly. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'm a nurse, and work 12 hour shifts on my feet, and have struggled with foot pain in the past with all my other shoes, but these get me through my shifts pain free! AMAZING!!!
