I wear them without socks and I love them. Very comfortable. I waterproofed them too. I wear 7 1/2 in shoes and I got the 7.

I’m using these as my house slippers. They are great. I’m not a size 12, I normally buy UGGs bigger so I could put orthotics in and wear them with thicker socks.
These are not big enough. I wear a 10,5 and these in size 12 fit perfectly with thin-ish (Bombas) socks.

Again being a autoimmune sufferer from Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, 18 years and counting I can only wear Uggs to help me walk and stand so I wear them 365 days a year.

I usually wear a 10 in UGGs and a size 11 in all other shoes. I decided to order an 11 in these since I have a pretty high instep and several reviews stated difficulty in getting their feet into the boot. Good thing I did because a smaller size would not have gone on.
Pros:
-super cute
-pretty warm without socks even outside in temps below 20 (just not a good idea to walk in snow in these!)
-I broke two bones in my foot 7 weeks ago and these are the first and only shoes I can wear since I ditched the fracture boot
Con’s:
-no arch support to speak of but my Vionic orthotics will fit fine once my foot is healed enough to use them
-the leather upper seems very different from that of my Classic Short boot. The description states that the upper is Twinface Sheepskin but it almost looks like black felt. Not a big deal, just don’t expect plush suede
All in all, I am totally in love with the Ultra Mini! I might have to save my pennies for another pair!

I read the reviews about people having difficulty putting these on. I ordered my normal size that I always order for my uggs. Took them out of the box put them on without any difficulty and wore them all day! No issues. Perfect and the are really cute. I got the grey but I now want to order a different color as well. I’m very happy
