What a disappointment. Finally decided to replace my old Uggs with a new pair and one second after my foot being inside I could tell these were going back. The sheepskin used to be full, plush, and dense. Now, it feels artificial and thin. I could feel the hard sole through the sheepskin - that NEVER happened before. When are these manufacturers going to learn to stop focusing on quantity and focus on quality?

Came In smashed box and one shoe had a huge stain on it. I am returning, but also very disappointed. I’ve never had this happen with Zappos before.

I just got these for Christmas and absolutely love them. The ankle is tricky initially but after wearing a few times I no longer struggled to get them on. What I did notice immediately was how thin the suede is on the top of foot/toe area versus the ankle. Not even a week into having these I tripped at the playground with my kids and they tore. So disappointed I want to cry. I probably have over ten pair going back 15 years and have never had them rip before. Wondering if I got a defective pair?

I bought these in October of 2023. I live in the South so I hardly get to wear them. I noticed last week (December 2023) the lining is completely worn down. I might have worn them 10 times with socks. Super disappointed

I've purchased Ugg boots in the past, in all styles, and these were by far the worst quality. The fur on the inside flattens after one use. The exterior feels and looks cheap. Don't bother wasting your money if you remember the quality these boots used to be.

I wanted to replace my mini uggs from last year as I wore them to many trips to upstate nyc and they were a bit worn. I ordered the same size in the mini uggs in two colors as I was last year and the fur and sizing has changed. Even with a sock I was falling out of the size 6. When my true size in footwear is a 6.5/ 7. I reached out to customer service and they said that yes the fit did change. They let me exchange them and I got a size 5 instead since I had thrown away the boxes of my original purchase thinking this is a core silhouette. The chestnut after only a few wears the fur is completely flat and the boot is still loose, I have to wear a thick sock with them. The green color same size fits way more snug and I will have to stretch them out but I'm sure after I wear them a few times the fur will be equally as worn. So by color the fit is not consistent. I know Ugg is having a great year for business but the quality has changed sadly, probably due to mass production to keep up with a demand. The boots are no longer worth the price.

These look like cheap knock offs, so cheap, even the soles are some weird plastic. These were purchased direct from Ugg, unbelievable bare spots uneven fur & fur is shedding.

Not the same material as before. The fur doesn't stay puffy on the side it flattens out after 4 wears and these shoes no longer keep your feet warm. Save your money and buy from a different brand. The quality of these shoes are not worth the expensive price.

I bought these as a gift to myself for my birthday this year and have worn these a handle of times a week (short spurts, errand running, nothing crazy) and it's only been two months and the inner seams are already unraveling. I'm severely disappointed because we all know these are not cheap shoes. I have had several pairs in the past (think like 2011-2014) and never had this issue before.

Returning these because the company leads the customer to believe the shearling is 100% wool and all natural but they are actually cutting it with "lyocell" which is a semi synthetic and cheap material. It does not keep the feet as warm and the shoes are too expensive to be using synthetics. Bearpaw uses 100% wool and they are half the price.

I wanted to like these boots. The came in a package that was horribly packed. The boots themselves were cheap quality. The inner boot stuffing flaked off in pieces. The sole was a cheap foam. And the outside material was rough. Not at all like my uggs I bought in store. If I didn't know any better I'd say I paid for cheap knock off fake uggs. Very disappointed and won't be buying anymore online

I despise the fact that UGG started cutting corners and the quality suffers. They don't use 100% genuine wool anymore. Sizing is inconsistent within the same model- one color runs true to size but other colors run big. The worst of all is the thickness and the quality of the material. The suede is more like nubuck that looks so cheap. The amount of wool they used is so little you can actually see the outline of the toes when you wiggle your toes. So thin and so cheap. UGG quality has gone down hill in the past few years. Shame on you UGG. You don't stand for quality anymore.

These Uggs ankle boot slippers look great. However, in reality the top is so narrow they are almost impossible to get your foot into them. They need to be redesigned to alleviate this problem.

I could barely get my foot into the boot due to the small opening at the ankle. For reference, I have a very slim ankle, so this was very surprising for me because usually straps and shoe/boot openings are too big! Too bad, they were cute but a no for me.

The cut of this shoe is very odd. despite of sizing up and probably good fit of the overall size, I was unable to slip into this shoe, by any means. I have never encountered this issue with any other shoe before.

It's been said over and over but the foot opening is too small, I couldn't get my heel in. If you just barely get your heel into the minis, don't even bother getting the ultra minis. Unless you like jamming your foot into $140+ Shoes, eventually they'll give in and rip. I'm a size 10, that's why I bought a size 10, there's no reason why I can't get my heel into any of these boots. Even .5-1inch extra on the opening would have went a looong way. I guess don't sell size 10 boots if you don't understand the opening would have to increase slightly to allow the foot to slide in.

I love Uggs. They are my shoe of choice. I have been buying them since I discovered that the surfers wore them. I've spent a small fortune and would do it all over again if I could.
