The boots are perfect. We tried to order another pair We where put in the waiting list then Ugg emailed Me They were available then told that the order went through was given a conf number . Then emailed 3days later the item was no longer available . Not good Customer service . U did end up getting the slippers with an outside company . I honestly wish I didn't waste 3 days thinking I was getting these slippers . Yoh need to do better .

I had been wanting a pair of the ultra low Uggs for a few years now and just couldn't justify the price. After getting a gift card I finally did it and I wish I had sooner. I ordered the mushroom color which is the perfect taupe! They run true to size, I am a size 8 in most all shoes and these fit great. The opening is narrow as others have said, so I can imagine if you have wide feet they could be tough to get on, but I do have thin fit and don't find them difficult. If you are on the fence, don't be! These are cozy and comfy! And get the mushroom color- it's perfect!

Bought as a gift and she loves them! She typically wears a 7.5 , the 7's fit great and aren't hard to get on.

We love Uggs! I got this pair for my daughter. she is an 8.5 and we went to a nine which fits perfect!

Bought two pairs as gifts for a nice and a grandaughter. Both of them were very happy, said that Ugg was exactly what they wanted for Christmas and put them on right away and said that they felt comfortable and the right size. . Very pleased with their reactions.

I ordered a size 8 in grey. Love them. I usually wear an 8.5 or 39. The size 8 is a 39.

My granddaughter loves the shoes.

So comfortable. Due to lymphedema I can no longer wear my short or higher uggs. This was so difficult for me because I loved them so much. These minis are the perfect size with room for my ankle swelling the lymphedema causes! I'm so happy to be back in my Uggs I bought another pair in grey! I have to size up because of my swelling but they still feel amazing.

My daughter would live in these if she could. She finally got her pair and she's in love.

I bought these asa gift for my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves them! Says they are very comfortable and warm.

The short size 11 in the original color came in time for our Christmas party and my niece absolutely loves them.
