I could not get the boot on my foot. For some reason there was no stretch at all. 1st time getting the Ultra Mini, maybe that's why. Back they go.

It’s impossible to get in these boots. They are so tight at the ankle. Every time I had to pull so hard to be able to get in these boots that it felt like my ankle was going to break. I don’t get it why they had to make the boots this way.

These are such poor quality. I can’t believe how Ugg has changed. The sole is noticeably bigger on one shoe than the other. Crooked back label too. Pathetic.

Been wearing Uggs for 20 years. Wanted an ultra mini or mini pair. Both the ultra and mini were so difficult (nearly impossible is more like it) to get my foot into. Same as many reviewers stated. I suppose they may stretch as most Uggs do, but I'm not willing to take a chance and lose $100+. Sent both mini & ultra back.

I like the higher uggs. The inside material rolls in balls. When you wear socks the shoe pulls them down. Not a fan of these UGGS at all.

As a lifelong UGG lover, something was off over these mini's. I have many pairs beforehand and these felt wider and much larger than the version you'd buy at the UGG store directly.

You can not get your foot through the opening in the boot to put it on.

Super cute boot except I cannot get my foot so I know my mom, she’s 78 will not be able to get these on. The opening is very narrow. I have high arches but not wide feet and cannot get these cute boots on. Saddening I must return. I usually wear a size 7-7.5 I believe if I could get my foot in they would fit length and width wise. I will need to return ??

Shoes came with multiple marks. Disappointing!

Horrible. UGG brand is atrocious now. Super lightweight, FUR STARTED FALLING OUT IN ONE WEEK. I have pictures that I'll try to post. No support-podiatrists are familiar with foot problems due to UGG boots themselves.

The opening where you slide your foot in, is not wide enough. Could not get my foot in, even had someone else try in case it was just my foot.

I was really looking forward to these. They ran very small. My biggest problem was that I have a very high arch and when I was able to get my foot in, the boots REALLY hurt the top of my feet.

Unfortunately, I had to return them! They came in a box that wasn’t an ugg box just thrown in there with no tissue or anything. They were for a gift. I think someone may have returned them!! Very dissatisfied with the presentation. I’ve ordered lots of Ugg’s and the come in there own box with ugg tissue paper!!!
