Been wearing Uggs for 20 years. Wanted an ultra mini or mini pair. Both the ultra and mini were so difficult (nearly impossible is more like it) to get my foot into. Same as many reviewers stated.
I suppose they may stretch as most Uggs do, but I'm not willing to take a chance and lose $100+. Sent both mini & ultra back.

I like the higher uggs. The inside material rolls in balls. When you wear socks the shoe pulls them down. Not a fan of these UGGS at all.

The hole to put your foot is too small. I bought a womens size for an 11 year old and she couldn't get it on. Exchanged for a child size and it fit. The exchange was seamless, so I thank you for that!! I love UGG and have never had an issue before.

As a lifelong UGG lover, something was off over these mini's. I have many pairs beforehand and these felt wider and much larger than the version you'd buy at the UGG store directly.

Super cute boot except I cannot get my foot so I know my mom, she’s 78 will not be able to get these on. The opening is very narrow. I have high arches but not wide feet and cannot get these cute boots on. Saddening I must return. I usually wear a size 7-7.5 I believe if I could get my foot in they would fit length and width wise. I will need to return ??

I was so excited to get these, but very bummed that I couldn't get them on my feet very well. The left boot went on but the right one had a smaller opening. Going up a size would have made them too big! Opening needs to be made bigger!

Horrible. UGG brand is atrocious now. Super lightweight, FUR STARTED FALLING OUT IN ONE WEEK. I have pictures that I'll try to post. No support-podiatrists are familiar with foot problems due to UGG boots themselves.

The opening where you slide your foot in, is not wide enough. Could not get my foot in, even had someone else try in case it was just my foot.

I was really looking forward to these. They ran very small. My biggest problem was that I have a very high arch and when I was able to get my foot in,
the boots REALLY hurt the top of my feet.
I'd also recommend:
LOVE most Uggs and Hafflingers - great shoes.

I have always worn an 8 in Uggs. I have had about 20 pairs in the past 2 decades. All size 8's.
These fit like a 6. Couldn't get my toes in! Returned for an exchange and they were all sold out. Still sold out of this color weeks later. Pretty disappointing. Recommend buying 2 sizes up in this style.

Unfortunately, I had to return them! They came in a box that wasn’t an ugg box just thrown in there with no tissue or anything. They were for a gift. I think someone may have returned them!! Very dissatisfied with the presentation. I’ve ordered lots of Ugg’s and the come in there own box with ugg tissue paper!!!

The boots were too big, BUT I could barely get them on because the ankle was tooooo narrow. I have narrow feel so this is saying something.

I had to size up because I couldn't get these on. The larger size - once on was too big. I am returning them. I have the skinniest ankles and still couldn't get them on.

I love UGG'S and own over a hundred pair. but this one as you already know needs time to break in. If you know that already then UGG's marketing should of done something about this problem. It takes way too long to put this boot on . And really Ugg's this shoe is nice but it is not far from a slipper shoe once you are able to get it on. Customers should just buy the classic short because it is only a $10 difference and again yes they are cute but snow will definitely get in this little anklet. UGG's you guys should really rethink how you make this boot/shoe/slipper
