I just received my cute mini boots in the mail. I originally wear a size 8 1/2. , and purchased a size 9 as they do not have half sizes. It is not easy to get on , but when I did get the boot on way to big . Very loose at the heel . I'm sure an 8 would fit better , however the hole to squeeze your foot in may run smaller ? Super disappointing for the price and the sizing . These are the kind of boots that need to be tried on in a store . Otherwise you are guessing , and will have to go through the return .

My first pair of UGGS because I live in California and it's always warm weather. However, I wanted a pair for my upcoming trip to Lake Tahoe just to be comfy. BUT was so dissatisfied when I received the boots. I ordered online. And when I opened the box- to try on I noticed the inside of the sole had dirt, and dried grass. Obviously someone tried them on with their dirty feet and returned them. But the worse thing! There was a tiny spider!! Alive!! I am terrified of spiders!! Now I'm worried there's spider eggs in the boots and I can't even try them on. I am wondering why I was sent used boots when I purchased the full retail price? For the $ im giving I would expect brand spanking new!! Never worn. You could have at least sanitized them.

Shoes arrived on time but upon opening the box, the right boot appeared to be slightly misshapen. The left boot was perfect and felt/looked like a normal Ugg boot, however the right boot was softer and squishier than a normal Ugg boot. It had no structure along the foot and had pull marks up at the toe. When walking with it on, my foot slid and felt like my toe was going to tear through the front. It looked and felt like a fake Ugg boot. I fear the right boot would not hold up after a mere two weeks of wear. For the money I paid, this is not the quality I would expect, and not the quality I have seen of Ugg ever before. I have been a long time customer of Ugg and have never had an issue, however I am extremely disappointed with Ugg and this purchase. I purchased these back in August before the rush, and now they are on back order until October/November. Even if I exchanged them for a new pair today, I would no longer have them in time for when I needed them. I expected better from Ugg.

I have been purchasing ugh products for several years now and I'm really upset that the quality of these boots has deteriorated in the past few years. I have no problem paying the price but I expect consistency with the quality. I will have to send my purchase back and will try again in hopes that the inner fur is higher quality. Maybe consider implementing quality control again because I feel there is none at this point.

Quality is lacking. I compared these to an old pair of Uggs I've had since high school and these feel so cheap. When I put them on, there are weird creases in both of the toes because the material is so thin (no option to upload a pic). I was super excited for these, but they are going back. I did size up 1 from my normal shoe size and these fit well. Not as hard to put on as other reviews say. But the wrinkles are a deal breaker

These uggs are so beautiful but they are very hard to put on. It is not the size it is simply trying to put them on.

I ordered green received gray. Also the quality is crap. They feel thinner compared to other uggs I've bought through out the years. These ones cave in.

Too small of an opening, not sure if a larger size would even fit but I checked and a larger size was out of stock.

Well I love Uggs, I have more than a dozen pairs. But each time after wearing these my feet, toes etc are black. The dye stains a lover my feet.

Not a good quality

I thought they were comfortable and was able to easily get them on in my normal size. You just need to use a shoehorn - no big deal. I thought the suede was cheap and the inside not as thick as previous classic models. Inside even shedded a couple clumps - wish the quality/materials never changed. I returned this item.

They are nice looking but my feet turned black with the dye. I wish Ugg could do a better job with that.

Bought ultra mini at the end of November. Wear them few times and and now after 3 months the fur, in the toe are is non existent in one of them . My toe will pierce through any moment . 3 MONTHS!!!. Try to contact customer service but they told me it is normal wear and tear . For that price!

These have been sold out everywhere in my size and color preference, and I was so excited to finally get my hands on them. Unfortunately, they're way too small, and I cannot even get my heel in the boot :( I own multiple pairs of Uggs, and I'm usually a size 7 and ordered these in a size 7 since most reviews said they fit true to size, but that is not the case for me. I'm really disappointed in these boots and wish I could order them in a larger size, but my size is on backorder until June.

I have 6 other pair of Uggs - all different styles and I'm extremely disappointed in this mini boot. It is by far the most uncomfortable Ugg I have ever worn - feels like I'm walking on cardboard - extremely stiff and a cheaper fur lining must have been used as they aren't even warm. Although very cute - the comfort of this UGg leaves much to be desired!

I bought these thinking to would be a much easier boot to slip on and go take my kids wherever but the binding on the boots opening is so tight and has no give that I can't get them on. I wrestle with them for like 15 minutes each. Once they are on they are great but that's ridiculous and uncomfortable. Hope they will take them back!!

I ordered the size that I wear in every other ugg purchase I have made. So far I have been able to put these on twice and both times I needed a pair of pliers, a thin bar to fit through the back loop so I could grip it, and the help of my husband. Once they were on, they felt fine and looked cute but my heels and hands were in a lot of pain from the ordeal of putting them on. I have heard that they get easier to put on after a few times but I just can't put myself through that again. The design is severely lacking here. Did the person that made these try putting them on??? I doubt I will wear these again, it is simply not worth the effort. Waste of money.

when i received the boots the right boot was tight and hard to get my foot in. The left boot was extrmely loose and felt wider around the ankle. I dont think the two boots matched and the left boot feels larger.

This shoe is designed poorly. I ordered my size and struggled to get it on. I sized up and it was too big. I really liked them so I regrettably kept the shoe. I believe that the shoe is constructed poorly. I hardly wear them because it is just too difficult to get on. Very disappointed.

Very cute but the color wasn't for me. I return them and I'm still waiting on my refund after almost a month.

I was going to use these as a house shoe. However, I couldn't even get one of my feet IN the boot because the opening was too small. Boot needs to be redesigned.
