I don't like the shape of the toe box; would like it to be more tapered. Plus I can't help but think that the pair I received were a return from someone else.

These run large, both in length and width. They would be a lot cuter if they had a more narrow front. I think they are the same width as the Bailey, but it look oks wider since this is a shorter boot. I would recommend if you're looking for comfort and not concerned about style.

Really cute boot especially with the leopard print....my first pair of mini by ugh. I own several pairs of classics and I love them...bad thing is it run to small and hard to get on with no wiggle room.

I have had several pairs of Uggs over the years, and I'm aware that some styles are harder to get on than others. That being said: holy moly are these tough to get on! It actually hurts my ankle. I literally have to stomp down the back of the boot with my full body weight, and tank the pull tab up with extreme force. I'm worried that this will ruin the integrity of the shape and durability of the boot, but this is the only way I can get them on. My feet are not particularly wide or large either, and the boot is in my normal Ugg size. Once they're on, they're great. The softness and quality that I expect from Ugg. But some days I don't even reach for them because they're so painful to get on. I'm not able to return them at this point, and I am definitely going to get use out of them, but make sure you're aware of this before buying.

Once on they are adorable and not too difficult too remove. But getting back into them was sooooo difficult, I worked up a sweat.

I have a 4 pair of older ugg boots and more pair I got last year. They have been great boots. The pair I purchased and sent back recently were not of the quality as my older pairs. The toe box wrinkled and didn't hold its shape. Just felt like the material was thinner. The sewing was also puckered. The price has gone up also which I don't mind if I'm getting the same quality as I did 10 or even 5 years ago.

Its so hard to get your foot into these shoes... they are super cute but impossible to get on

I love these boots perfect!! I have been purchasing UGG'S for over 10 plus years and am I big fan. I own over 20 pairs of shoes/ boots. The only problem was they were defective. The inside of the boots had an uncomfortable ridge on each side by the heel of the boot. I had to find the UGG store nearest me about an hour away to return and get another pair. When I returned the boots it was very easy. The store manager did say the boots had a defect and exchanged for the same pair same size. They fit perfectly with no problems. Will always the this product just a little hiccup...

These boots are gorgeous! I wanted so badly for them to work but they are the 3 Ugg boot in a month that I had to return because the neck of the boot was so narrow that I could not fit my foot thru it. My foot is average width. I only recommend Ugg boots without zippers for people with very narrow feet.

Too low probably better for smaller shoe sizes.

I can't get them on my feet. I normally wear a 7-1/2, but ordered an 8. I am disappointed, but will find someone to donate them.

Very disappointed with my experience with UGG. Within just two weeks of wearing the boots, threads were already coming loose. I submitted a warranty claim and returned the shoes as instructed, but it has now been over a month with no response, replacement, or refund. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality and customer service.

I bought these for my daughter August 6, 2025 from the Ugg website. She didn't wear them for about a month or so. In mid November she mentioned they were coming apart. I filed a Warranty Claim on 11/23/25, took all the pictures they requested including a copy of the order receipt. Initial reply states it takes 5 - 7 business days to review and then update me on the warranty. I emailed again on 12/01/25. I was informed I needed to send photos again. I sent photos again along with the receipt. 12/08/25 I received the same email reply from my initial request. 12/30/25 emailed again asking how long this review takes. Submitted another Warranty Request on 02/04/26 for the same product. Was instructed to send photos and receipt, I did this. Been waiting ever since for a repsonse of some sort! Normally the UGG products are made well and last a long time, but to purchase something in August, wear in September and they start falling apart in November is NOT acceptable. All I was is for the item I purchased to be replaced under their warranty. I know this NOT the correct platform to aire my grievances, but I'm tired of this run around! I have attched pictures of the Classic Ultra Mini boot. I don't feel I need to show any other photos as they already have them.

I can't review the comfort and fit, because I never tried them on. They were visibly VERY worn. There was hair, dirt and scuff marks on them when I opened the box.

I have been a faithful Ugg wearer for many, many years, ownung as many as a dozen pairs at a time. In the last year, I have purchased four pairs, and was increasingly more disappointed with each pair. The quality is just not there. The outer materials are lacking, although the colors are fashion forward. The insode fabric/fur was far more "luxurious" and higher quality in years gone by. And the insole portion...what a disaster. I feel like I am walking on concrete. Very disappointed.

Bought these last year January 31st. I'm in Texas, so I don't get the opportunity to wear to often, but when I do I loved the fit and style although I could tell the sheepskin is thinner than my other Ugg boots and my toes were still cold. Come January 27 of this year and I look down and out of nowhere there is a hole. I have maybe worn these 10 times since I got them. They are just barely under warranty still, so I file a claim. It's denied as normal wear and tear. So there you have it according to Ugg their boots will last you 10 wears only! Not the quality brand it used to be. Why pay for Uggs if you have to replace after 10 wears. I will stick to the alternative brands and never buy Uggs again. You can see in the pictures that these Uggs were hardly worn. Hardly worn Uggs should not be getting holes when you casually wear to the office a few times.

My daughter has wider size 8 feet and couldn't even get her foot into these shoes to try on. They must be designed for dainty little feet that like to swim around in their shoes. Writing this negative review because, yes, the sizing is ridiculous, but also because Ugg refused to honor the 15% new customer discount when I exchanged their poor design for a more expensive size 8 shoe that fit my daughter just fine. I should have just returned the shoes and gotten my money back. Called Ugg and waited on the phone for 18 minutes while the rep "investigated" but ultimately refused to give the exchange at the discounted price. Will never buy overpriced Uggs again. Was it worth it, Ugg.com?

Poor quality product and even poorer customer service on backing up product. Back stitching ripped out in less than 1 year of receiving these boots as a gift.

I didn’t even try on the shoes. There is a huge rip in the shoe and the soles of the shoes are filthy. I am so very disappointed and honestly angry that these shoes would even be sent to me. What are my options.

After 1 year & 2 weeks, the heel tab tore completely off. No longer covered by the warranty b/c over a year. Very disappointing. I don't recommend this style.
