This is my 6th Ugg purchase. It seems the quality isn't what it used to be. Very disappointed.

I have owned many pairs of UGGs over the years and have loved them. I recently ordered a pair of the Madhappy x UGG as well as a platform pair and was very excited. They initially were very comfortable but after about 2 wears, the back of the ankle and sole were almost completely flattened and no longer fluffy. My UGGs from 2021 have been worn very frequently and are in better condition than the ones I ordered less than 2 months ago. Sad to say I won't be buying another pair of UGGs :(

Loved the color! But I was unable to put my foot into shoe even thought it was my size. The opening to shoe is too narrow for a high arch! I tried everything even a shoe horn and I couldn't get it through.

The color seems off it is more very light green then gray not sure what the color should be named.

They seem to be larger than my last pair although they are the same size the left boot ankle area is init supportive and leans inwards.

I was so exited to purchase them. Came fast but I'm very disappointed. First was very difficult put them on. Second - they should be grey and the color is more like light blue.

The color of the boot in person is almost like a light blue color. I thought they would be light gray. I'm a little disappointed but still nice enough to keep.

Size was too big, wanted to exchange and that's what I submitted. You just returned.no new size sent

i've had these for 2 weeks and they already look like I've had them for a year, I even use the UGG spray. Overall just bad quality.

The Left boot was more faded the the right one which looked newer looked like two different pairs, I used the waterproof spray on both to even out the color but now they're not as soft.

I have many pairs of Uggs.. this is my 1st short pair. Always wear an 8- in Every Pair I own.. these for some reason are squishing my toes on my right foot :( I can't return them - but something definitely feels not right .. not happy

I am going to have to have a zipper put in as the rise was too low and i couldn't slide my foot in.

Grand daughter did not like how they made her feet look big.

Day 2 they got a water mark that doesn't come off. They are too expensive.

I love UGGs brand and have always been pleased with the product. This purchase is the first that I'm not always eager to wear because the ankle opening is so tight I have to use a shoehorn to get these boots on.

Very comfortable and warm. They don't stay clean

They are super cute but like others very challenging to get on. Very disappointed and hoping they become looser. I own other uggs and I have never had this problem. My daughter wants a pair but worried she will have the same problem.

I generally order a US size 9, which corresponds to a EU size 39. For some reason Ugg's US 9 is an EU 40, which is too big.Not sure why this happened. Ugg should consider revising.

i sprayed the boot with the UGG spray, waited 24 hours to protect it. wore it for the first time and now has circle stain makes

i have one of these in a light brown color and i recently got it in a darker color and i can tell that the quality went down. the stitching was not clean, some fur were stitched on the exterior, and it doesn't feel as thick as the old ones i have.

I've had Uggs basically my whole life. Not sure if it's just a quality issue now but I still have a pair of Uggs from 2008 that I wore to welding class that look better than these. I've had them for a couple months now and they look HORRIBLE. They are so worn down and already faded. I've always used the ugh protection spray and ugh cleaner and they still look so bad. It's sad that 15 year old Uggs look better than these after 4 months. Don't think I'll be buying ugh brand anymore. Just doesn't seem worth it at all. Not the same quality I remember.

I have several pairs of Uggs, this new pair is the 1st one I've ordered on line and the left shoe itself is much larger than the right one. So that was very disappointing considering the cost and time to ship. I can almost walk out it it while it's on. Not happy about that. There seems to be about an extra 1/2 " of material thru the top of the shoe also. It was shipped by a secondary company, I was not told that to begin with. I would of gotten them as I said in a shop to make sure they were made equally. Where's quality controL??

I loooove the look of these but they are SO hard to get my foot into that I returned them. I'm not going to keep shoes that I have to wrestle onto my foot. Please make a wider opening!!! I've never had this issue with any Uggs :(
