The boots I bought are great, exactly what I expected. The customer service I received, though, was amazing. I ordered the mini boots and instead was sent some bright blue shower slippers. Obviously, these were not what I wanted and then I found the return process sort of onerous. I contacted customer service and they made everything easy for me (on the second try. The first person I contacted there was not so helpful).

These guys are easy on and off, comfy walking, and my feet stay toasty warm!! I won't wear them in snow, as they are short and waterproof, but are great on the road or side walks

I like waterproof boots

No more cold feet! Lightweight but sturdy, good looking and able to wear with almost my entire quite casual wardrobe. I prefer to keep them for indoor use, but have worn them into town on occasion and am managing to keep them looking like new. Great purchase!

I love these boots. I had a hard time at the outset getting used to the zipper on the outside of the boot as opposed to the inside. However you can teach an old dog new tricks. I am completely comfortable. They are warm and have great gripping on the bottom.

A bit stiff in the back, but the zipper is perfect so no problem at all. Waterproofing is such a nice improvement!

I bought these boots for my mom. She loves them. The material is great and easy to clean compared to the suede. Also the zipper makes it easier for her to get on and off.
