I returned this boot because I didn't like that the top edge wasn't finished.

Too tight around ankle

They had the nerve to send me USED, scuffed, dirty boots! WOW.

Didn't like these at all. Nothing about them said "UGG". The color is very hideous, I ended up selling them to a friend.

It's because they are so shiny on top, and they have a "bubble look" that really made my feet look a lot bigger than what they are- and my feet are pretty small. I normally wear a 5.5 in all ugg brand shoes- except for their boots- then I size up to a 6. These fit fine other than the style just wasn't for me.

Returned immediately. Not only are they super shiny on top, but they kind of "bubble up" where the toes are (you know, the way Mickey Mouse shoes do)? They have no design on them, none. No stitching, nothing that would draw your eyes to them. They're rather boring looking (other than design-wise, let's just say they were NOT flattering at ALL (and I wear a size 6 in boots, a 5- 5.5 in ugg brand shoes, my feet are tiny), that sheen is ugly, it certainly does them no favors. Sorry for my quick rant, but hopefully some of you will find it useful. If you're like me, and you're someone who orders online because you hate shopping, then I've done you a massive favor, so your pain in reading this rant was worth it! steer clear of these FOR SURE! I own well over 20 pairs of ugg shoes. They are the only brand I can wear these days. Though opinions may differ as to whether or not you may like something, I can tell you, their sizing was fairly accurate for boots. Going up 1/2 size should be fine for MOST PEOPLE. If you typically go up one size, stick to that. These are pretty close to regular size in regards to BOOT SIZES (which are 1/2- 1 size larger than your normal shoe size). I ordered these in a 6 and the size would have been just fine- up 1/2 size for me.

Have to return product

I've bought multiple Uggs and the inside of these had less shearling inside the boot. It did not feel as good.

I felt as if my shoes were on the wrong foot. Just not a good fit I love most Ugg I got 6 pairs. Will always buy Ugg but not the mini side zip

The ankle area is extremely tight. I have small ankles and couldn't wait to take these off. The color and the boot looks nice but way too uncomfortable. Had to return them.

These were too tight and I was so sad because they were just perfect in every other way

If I didn't know better I would say these boots were knock offs! Poor fit, uncomfortable and thin fur inside. I returned. The item after trying 2 different sizes. Not the quality that Uggs is known for. Not sure what happened with these boots.

These are not a tru size

I got these for my elderly mother and I was so disappointed with the quality of the shoe. Even though I got her the right size it was tight on her because the depth of the shoe was very constricting. She could barely get her feet in. The zipper started to tear because it was too tight. There was nothing wrong with the length . It's the depth that is the issue. I do not recommend this to anyone

Don't recommend and zipper ripped

I wanted to like these boots however they looked like boats on my feet. Way too wide and long for me. And I size down because I knew these boots run large at times. So I sent them back unfortunately.

Many prior purchases online and there was never a problem with the size. These are much smaller and needed to be exchanged for a larger size. Sent them back over a week ago and still awaiting some news of their being received and finally getting the larger size pair shipped. Might be my last online purchase.

These are the worse pair of Ugg's i own... They are sooooooo hard...
