my third pair! Love them...

Love all Uggs and should have gone with my gut and sized down. Luckily Zappos is so easy to return or exchange so correct size is on its way before I even returned original pair.

I LOVE THEM. THEY FIT TRUE TO SIZE. NICE AND ROOMY AT TOES. SUPER WARM! PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is good except for they are too wide, at the top of the boot. It doesn’t fit well under a boot leg, kind of clumsy, sloppy looking

I am usually an 8.5 and knowing that Ugg tends to run big, I ordered them in 8 & 7. They 8 was massive- felt like a 9.5 and the 7 was way too small. The sizing on all the boots seemed strange and I had to try a lot of styles and sizes until I found ones that fit. Ultimately I got the regular Baileys (without the zip) in size 7 which worked great for my high arches & 8.5 size shoe.

This is a very nice boot but there is no support. That said, the boot is padded nicely in the footbed. My foot requires real arch support. For that reason I return these.

These boots are easy to put on and will be very warm in the winter. I gave them 4 stars overall because the foot bed could have had more cushion. I am a little afraid these boots may be too hot when wearing them inside. They are very cute, so I hope they are not too hot, but all UGG boots are made with this fur and this is my first pair.

UGGs are so warm and a blessing to cold feet. I love the idea of a zipper, much easier to get on and off. But, just try to zip the zipper all the way up—it just doesn’t want to go over the ankle bump. So if you have visions of an UGG where the Sherpa top doesn’t curl down, keep looking...that said, I really like these, even with zippers that don’t go the distance

My foot slid right into these. They were just a hair short for me. Ugg website said I should wear 8 based on length, but I bought 9. I’m returning to try a 10 without the zipper. Thanks Zappos for easy returns.

I had to return these boots. They were really nice but I have rheumatoid arthritis so my feet are weird and I can’t find many shoes that fit me right. I’m sure if you have normal feet you would love them.

I liked them..but I know this light color would have been a challenge to keep clean.returned them

I have a high instep so they were much easier to get on. I've only worn them in the house....they feel very warm & comfy.

I was thrilled when I was able to stick my orthotic in these for the extra support I need. Bought my regular size. Finally I get to wear fur lined boots!

Exactly as pictured and exactly what I wanted. True to what I expect from UGG. And Zappos was true to what I expect, great customer service with the same timely ordering as usual.

Love the zipper. Adds a nice bit of bling. Bought this in black and like the shearling dyed in black to match-makes for a more chic look. Since this is a low cut boot, you might catch an unwanted cool breeze around your ankles if your pants aren’t long enough. Personally I like a little skin showing so it’s not an issue for me. A downside is that the insoles are not removable, so seemingly not replaceable.
