I wear these with my various cropped or straight leg jeans and they are great! They are just low enough to not conflict with the pant legs but tall enough to keep warm and dry. The lace up design is fresh and different from all my slip in traditional boots. Bring them in more colors!

Looks big on. Other than that the quality is good. Might return the gray ones, the black looks smaller; reason why ppl love wearing black, but the gray ones look big even though they are both size seven & fit well.

I order a size 10, they say size 10, however they are at least a 1/2 size or more to big. Plus, the picture showed more fur around the cuff.

Great boots. Good looking. Even though they appear clunky and heavy, they are neither when worn. I found them 1/2 size shorter than my usual 8. Good width for me albeit leaning toward narrow.

I normally wear a size 9 in UGG but decided to try the only available size 10 after reading reviews, and it was a good fit due to the inside lining. The shoe is just a little long at the toe, but not bothersome enough to return because I love the style.

I really love Ugg’s and now need zippers. I lost a foot in an accident and could not fit the shoe on my prosthetic foot so must return. My feet are flat so I do not want arch support. I am sure you have other flat footed customers. I really like Zappos- you are great! Unfortunately have to return these.

It feels tight right now, but I believe like most UGG footwear, it'll loosen up and feel less tight in the future. Besides that, it's great!

Super soft. Haven't really had an opportunity to wear them yet, weathers been to warm. They look really cute with my jeans when I tried them on for size.

Loved them, but did return them since I actually had ordered them by accident and had already re-ordered the correct boots... but I certainly was very TEMPTED to keep them... I need a bigger shoe budget.

I really like these shoes and they do have the ugh comfort factor but they feel stiff and short and with out half sizes I can’t make them work. I also found that fact that the tongue is not as long as the sides and felt it looked odd when rolled up.
