Boots came scratch. Some areas looked faded.

It is very wide at the top !! Very wide !!

If I could give this no starts I would. The way this boot is made makes it very hard for me to get my foot in even though I brought it a half size bigger.

Fit in the foot but the calf was huge

I specifically called to order because I wanted to check the calf measurement before ordering. I was told that the information was not available, but I could return the item for free, which is exactly what I did when the foot fit but the calf did not. What a waste of time.

I was very interested in these boots and I even called the company to find out what the calf width was. Customer service told me that information was not available. I decided to try them since other buyers said fit was average or to large size. Way too tight, so they had to be returned.

Too tight around ankle area, making it difficult to slip your foot into boot. Once on feels good. Takes a long time to get the boots on.

Boot looks very well made but very slim in the calf area. Exchanged for bigger size hoping it would help but still didn't fit. Was unable to return the item so I'm stuck with boots that don't fir

The color was nice, but the boot is very wide at the top. Not advertised as a wide boot but it is !!

Boot do not fit well and do not live up to the quality and standards expected from Ugg's

True to size. The width to large

Had to return because the calf of boot was not wide enough for my legs. Was very sad
