I ordered a shoe and I was so excited since my friend had got some. I ordered them and they had a sour smell to them, the grey color on each foot looked off and the strap on the back was worn. I called a customer service but I was put on hold for the longest. Never again ! I know y'all nice nice products but what I got was horrible. And I didn't get compensated for it :/

So disappointed. They sent me three pairs and all have problems. The manufacturing is awful. Way to much money and lack of understanding for this product.

Oh I wanted to love these but sad to say they are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Aren't they supposed to be a slipper? When you walk they don't bend so they cut into the top of foot.

I love the style and colors they come in .. but they are not a sturdy shoe . I actually fell in them twice they do not support the ankle and I can really hurt yourself. I actually fell in the middle of the street trying to catch myself hands & knees .. the shoe actually twisted while walking. I brought the gray pair for my daughter who is 7 1/2 moths pregnant and she almost fell a couple of times.. I UGGS but I do not recommend these !!!

I loved the slides and was so excited when they arrived. The serve as my house shoes and have never touched the outside world. Unfortunately, it has been less than one month since I got these and there are several "bald" patches on them where fuzz has disappeared. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious pattern or reason for the damage. It very disappointing and the first issue I have ever had with an Ugg product.
