This shoe has those little elasticized opening on either side of the tongue. (Look closely at the photo.) They make a shoe looser than it ought to be, and this one was big to begin with. Unless some new tech is here, those elastic openings don't wear well, so I returned these.

The 11 felt more like an 11.5 or 12. I found my heel sliding freely. I don't like the elastic openings on the sides (which worsen the heel sliding by opening when I lift my foot) but otherwise, it's a very handsome shoe that seems to be fairly well made for its low price point.

These run at least a full size large. Normally a size 10D in most footwear. These in a 9.5D still too large. Hopefully, 9D will work.

The exterior of the shoe is well constructed and very stylish. The man-made leather interior parts are okay. In nearly all of the other dress shoes I’ve purchased, I wear a 10-D, but these shoes feel a little bit narrow, and I’m hoping they will stretch slightly as I wear them.

I bought the dark tan shoes and the box for the dark tan shoes came but inside they were black. Is there no quality control when shipping something out? Also went to the store to return and they said their system was down which ever time I try to return Clarks to the store that happens. So youve lost a customer

Good quality for the price. I bit tight across the instep. Biggest complaint is the dark tan is not dark at all. Color was not as expected. Id call it a shade darker than a buckskin tan.
