Color online did not match the actual color. The shoe is longer and "pointy" in the toe.

These shoes are very very long. Ordered a size 12 and they're at least 3" longer than my feet! Very odd design.

My husband loved this style so I ordered him a second pair after the first pair started to wear out. This second pair, holy cow -- NOTHING like the first pair. Same size, color... but he says they feel like a totally different shoe. They destroy his feet -- so much rubbing, rubbed his skin raw! And now that they have broken in, not any better. Not even sure how that's possible. He says he dreads putting them on for work. Sorry to say we're going to have to replace these with another brand -- not sure I feel like we can trust Clarks' quality any more.

Sad..I have been with Zappos for 20 years and I have always told the world how amazing they are. I wear these shoes along. Need a new pair for a special event. Got them on time. They ran much larger. I checked and while I filled out the order correctly, Zappos sent the wrong size! No new shoes and a return now...Sad that Zappos lost credit on these.

The wrong size shoe was sent in the manufacturer's shoe box. Careless error.
