This is my second Helly Hansen parka and I LOVE IT! I love how warm it is and especially that it isn't down. It breaks the wind, is a great length and fits well in the shoulders and length of the sleeves. Also love the hood, the removable faux fur ruff and the lining in the hood. Wish I found and bought this parka sooner this winter but it will last a long, long time and I know I will wear it everywhere in the cold -- and won't be afraid to go for a good, long walk, even when it's very cold and windy outside. What a dream.

I love the jacket—-bought the large first a bit too wide on the shoulders. Medium perfect!!!! Nice straight trim look. Not very warm however perfect for New England weather in November and December.

I fell in love with the color of the coat (green) which is different from most green coats I've seem. The problem's the hand warmer pockets. They are sewn to be entered from the inside front of the pockets instead of from the side of the coat. Extremely awkward!!!! Boing back ASAP!!!

The item is ok, not flattering worst part is Zappos customer service. Be aware, when I ordered item there was no mention of final sale. I tried contacting customer service and the agent was rude, sarcastic and condescending throughout the chat. Will not order from Zappos again
