I bought these for running, but I couldn't even walk in them. They looked great and felt great at first. Rubbed my big toe when walking. Returned, got a different style. Better.

A size 12 used to fit my husband perfectly. Something seems to have changed because now they're way too small, a 13 is too big and there are no half sizes available. It's very disappointing

Worst tread life of any sneaker I've ever purchased. Right out of the box, even. Can't tell you how many times I've slipped in wet weather in these shoes. I literally only buy them because no other running shoe manufacturer makes my size.

Had to return these shoes. I have another pair in the same size but the style has changed. These had a narrow, pointy toe box. Very disappointed.

The shoes were shorter than I normally get so the fit was tight. The insole would not stay in place. On the left shoe on the inside at the toe there was extra material. Only good was, I was able too send them back.

Sizing is incorrect to standard sizing. Toe box is small. I normally wear 8 1/2 & even the 9 was too short. Quality of inner some poor with less support than previous shoes. As a nurse, these were my go to shoes for support, comfort & durability. Very disappointed.

I ordered a women's size 7 wide and they were tight so I could not wear them. Now I'm stuck with them

I had to cut a tongue out of the shoe to get my foot into the shoe thought I would get get a good fit with the wide shoe but I was so wrong. I tried wearing it but was in so much pain had to walk home barefoot. Many be some people can work with these but I could not - at 68 I am losing hope to find the right shoe

This shoe was horrible

I have three pairs of these shoes, same size , they all fit differently, the latest pair are too small, I have worn them so I'm not even going to attempt to return.

My husband has only wore these a few times and the bottoms are already wore down! I looked at the bottom of his shoes exactly two weeks after I bought them and I couldn't believe it!

Shoes look great. First time I wore them the lace loop tore at the seam!

I was hoping these were wide enough for me to wear to work. I ordered wide and they are not wide.

Not Comfortable

The heal of the shoe is rigid and cuts you. The heal almost feels like plastic so not very comfortable. I would not buy again.

was not an easy slip on and it was suppose to be wide but was very narrow

It's shocking how such an otherwise nice shoe could be made but not have any meaningful arch support built in to it. Are you trying to destroy peoples feet?

I need a smaller size . They are huge. I can't even wear them

Love New Balance for their comfort and roomy toe box, but this one was extremely tight for my slightly wider foot!

I bought a few pairs (5) of these shoes. I reserved two pairs for when my other pairs would get old, I would get the exact same model. Four months after the purchase, I opened one of the two boxes of new Fresh Foam Roav I had and discovered that one of the sole was unglued. Never used them. So I contacted the support, sent them pictures of the defective shoe and here's their answer, after 1 month : "We're sorry to see this. If shoes go unused for long periods of time [4 months*], the materials and adhesives can dry out. This can cause the outsole to start coming unglued like with your Roav." (we specifie) Well, they offered me an insulting 30$ off on my next purchase. These shoes that I paid around 125$ are not completely unusable. I don't know about you but I won't buy New Balance from now on. Too bad cause I genuinely think these are very comfy. At least, they could have made it right.

Returned this item because did for fit great. Waiting quite a few weeks now for my refund which is super annoying.

Not comfortable at all. Toes are squished and the foot slides forward causing friction. Would not recommend.

perhaps the pair I bought were mislabeled but the size 8 felt like a 6. I have lots of NB sneakers and love them. This part was not the norm.

I ordered these shoes in my shoe size, but when received, they were too small. Sent them back to exchange for a larger size. Seem to be nice and comfortable, but won't know until I receive the new size. Still waiting, and it's been a couple weeks.

I bought these for work and have only worn them a handful of times. The mesh on the top of the shoe has started unraveling for no reason.
