I am 5'3", 128 lbs with long arms and legs, short torso. Surprisingly, the sleeves on the small were at least an inch too long. I do appreciate the two choices of snap closings at the wrists, so that I could make the sleeves not slide down onto my hands, but that tighter snap option also means the sleeve is bunched up on my forearm. An alternate, which I haven't tried yet, would be to cuff the sleeves - the material is lightweight and flexible enough to manage this easily. I like the fabric and the colorful lining - this jacket is surprisingly warm for being so lightweight, but allows good circulation, and doesn't get too hot when unzipped in somewhat warmer weather. I love the color (Fir is a true Olive green) and the feel of the jacket, but the uneven hem length is just okay with me, maybe even a little awkward. The lined hood is perfect; zipper and snaps to close the jacket up are also good. Pockets are plentiful and usefully placed and sized. My biggest issue with how the jacket looks on me is that it is pretty boxy, and with the sleeves too long, I look like a kid in a grown-up's jacket. Maybe I should have gone with the XS, but It's so rare that I wear XS nowadays - due to working out, my back and shoulders are pretty broad, and I do not like that tight feeling in the upper body. What I immediately thought of is that the jacket could use waist cinchers on the inside - some ties or cords to pull it in at the waist and give a more flattering shape. That one small addition would have turned this jacket into a 5-star jacket for me. Anyone close to my size who is not broad-shouldered should definitely go for the XS - I think the sleeve and overall length of the jacket would be better, but it's still going to be a straight, slightly boxy fit without the waist ties.

I love the soft fabric, gorgeous green, interior plaid and stitching details. I am a busty 10/12 and the XL fits comfortably, with a little room to spare for bulky sweaters. This jacket is nice & long & the perfect warmth for Chicago fall and spring weather.

Loved the jacket but it runs large. I almost always take a size L in Toad&Co but this runs big. Had to order a size down.

This was too tight across the chest and in the armpits - although I am fairly busty - but loose and not well fitted through the waits. Overall, hung unflatteringly while being uncomfortable to lift my arms.

This is a cute and well-made jacket for spring, but it's very fitted, with room for a t-shirt underneath, but nothing thicker. I'm pretty small and ordered it in both XS and S. Both sizes were too tight across my shoulders.
