First time trying the Fresh Foam Hierro shoes - I have finicky feet use orthotics in most of my shoes was able to go without with these shoes - One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn - went on my first multi-walk felt like I had been wearing the shoes for weeks - love the heat cushion especially in the heel area - A real winner - Highly Recommended

Stats: 6’2” 260lbs (mostly muscle ???) Normal Shoe & Size: 12 D in Nike running/training shoes. Recently started wearing arch supports in my shoes. Purpose: Wanted some waterproof shoes for disc golf. Rains a little here in the PNW. I really like the comfort and look of these shoes. I normally wear Nike but didn’t find anything available for waterproof trail/hiking shoe to use for disc golf. I tried a bunch of different shoes from Teva, Keen, Salomon, North Face, and Merrell. These were the lightest and most comfortable. They also seemed to have more room in the front toe box than other brands for being D width. I tried the EE wide version of these as well and they were too wide. My only quibble is the size of the Gore-Tex branding on the shoe. Way too big. We get that they are waterproof but no need to shout it. My arch supports fit great in the shoe.

I’ve had these shoes for a few months now, wear them daily. My new favorite shoe- extremely comfortable after a two week break in period. It’s a good looking shoe except for the GORTEX advertisement on the side of shoe. I took a black sharpie and colored in the letters and it looks fine now.

Best thing about these shoes are the kevlar material that keeps your feet dry! Lightweight and comfortable are a plus.

I've only been wearing a few days but... so far I am really impressed. They were a little stiff on the 1st day but I attribute that to the strong support they provide. Day 2 they felt fine and really are VERY Comfortable. So far I am VERY Impressed with these.

I’m a dedicated walker and hiker and wanted something that was more sneaker-like to run and hike trails. I love the true to size fit and comfort of New Balance-though this time I did buy a man’s shoe and converted the size because there wasn’t the trail runner I was looking for in the women’s selections. I like that I can always wear New Balance running shoes straight out of the box and hit the trail. The grip is great on these; I feel super confident going uphill or barreling downhill on loose terrain. I wasn’t sure about the style at first, I thought they looked a bit like a sled in the back but they do seem to help with mud especially.

Best shoe ever, I'm a NB fan, but these feel like waking in plush slippers. Kinda of an ugly shoe with giant Gore-tex on the inside of the shoe, red bottoms and yellow vibram logo not needed.

Floating on foam

These shoes fit perfectly true to size. They are by far the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've ever owned.

I was looking for a winter waterproof running / trail shoe. This works great. The fit is good for. Toe box isn’t narrow, but not high volume so a thicker sock wouldn’t work great. Not a problem I don’t think as they were plenty warm on the 2 long runs I’ve done in the rain (35-40 degree air temp) so far. The fresh foam is very plush and works great for a winter weather road running shoe and traction on wet pavement is excellent with the vibram sole. I was deciding between this and the Nike Pegasus trail gtx - similar weight, but I liked the style of this better.

I purchased a 15 2E. These are great shoes just fit larger than most. Lots of room in the toe box. You probably don't need a wide... The cushioning is great. They fit 1/2 size larger and the 2E fit like 4E Asics. I had to return them because they were too big.

Awesome looking shoes, just too stiff. They wouldn't bend when I walked in them. I had on my usual size, but my ankles were sliding up and down the back when I walked.
