I really like this product! I would size down, as this product runs big. I love how long it is as well. I rated 4/5 because the customer service was not great and the shipping takes way too long.

I love the look of this coat and it keeps me warm. I have had for a couple weeks and I wear it all the time!! However, I had to take away a star. First, for the filling that pokes through, sometimes it hurts with sharp feathers! SecondNF please do away with snaps on the hoods. When I wore my cross body purse, if I took off purse, hood came off with it. But doesn't matter anymore, I was on a roller coaster and the hood flew off!! It was funny and honestly, the snaps were are bad, now I never have to worry about the hood anymore!

Loved the coat and was exactly what I wanted but sadly it was too long for me. I am 5'5 but it came down to my ankles. I was sorry to have to send it back. The thickness was excellent and still gave me some body shape which often parkas don't. North Face maybe adjust sizing for regular height and tall?

This is long and light-weight. Exactly what I was hoping for. However, it is a very boxy design which makes it pretty unflattering for most body types

Luckily I read the reviews before buying it- and I'm so glad I did! I'm usually a L but bought the S and it could not have fit better. So yeah, the sizing is WAY off on this one, but if you buy it two sizes smaller you will get a fantastic, warm jacket that goes down to your knees! Zippers are solid, hood has adjustable elastics and it fits wide hips well (it's not too narrow, no overstretched fabric over my hips). The only other downside is the sleeves could be a touch longer/elasticized/fitted so as not to let cold air in.

I like this jacket but I wish I didn't listen to the reviews. I'm 5'10 and 190. I'm pregnant and I'm carrying a few extra pounds right now and was looking for a loose fitting jacket to hide my pregnancy for a little while. I went with the L and it fits loose everywhere except for the arms. When I go to move it's very restrictive. I wish I went with the Xl. I love to layer and wear sweatshirts under it but I don't think I'll be able to do that. The jacket is designed to be loose.

Runs a little big so bought a size down and it fits nicely, sleeves a little long but overall a great jacket. Comfy, warm and feminine.

Looked nice, decent quality although I didn't keep it so I don't know how it held up to the cold. I'm 5'5" 125 lbs and am almost always a small, occasionally a medium in coats. I got a small and it was huge. It hit me mid calf which I did like. But I returned it and didn't exchange because it was too shapeless and hung like I was wearing a duvet wrapped around me.

I don't like it the quality

I was looking for something to handle below freezing temps in the Midwest. This is only moderately warm. It runs big and I'd recommend ordering a size down. I've had it for 3 weeks and it has been consistently shedding feathers since day one. I own several TNF down coats, jackets, vests and parkas that have never shed as much as this Triple C. I'm a pretty disappointed and will likely return it.

I like the coat, I'm a dog walker so I like to use it when I'm outside for a longish time.It easy to walk in and keeps me warm I just wished it had the suspenders type elastic in the coat to still be"wearing" it but it's just hanging on your back. Cuz I don't like carrying it around with me and the zipper is already starting to peel after having for only three weeks. For a coat that cost almost 400 dollars I expected a little more

I'm sure this coat is great but it was lost in transit, and unfortunately and I never received it. I hope it will come back in stock since I still would like to get it. I have the knee length TNF down parka and I love it but it fits slimmer than this one. If you can find it get it!

The jacket isn't as warm as it's presented to be. And the zipper is very cheaply made. If I would have known that, I would not have spent that much money on it..

It was too big for me.

I am a size 12 and a true large, when I got the coat I could fit a whole other person in my coat. It runs extremely large. Don't get me wrong, It was the most comfortable coat I have ever tried on. I just need a whole size smaller. I'll easily still be able to wear sweater or sweatshirt underneath.

I ordered xs and it is still way too big on me.

I owned a similar north face jacket from years ago that was very streamlined and flattering... this is very bulky overall, with a oversized collar

Will be good for outside use when really cold. Wanted something slightly lighter.

It is a great jacket but there are two things I would change and is the reason I only gave it 3 stars. One is I wish it was a little longer. The second is the hood is constantly coming unbuttoned it is extremely annoying. I wish it would be more secure. I am having to reattach the hood multiple times when I wear it.

Use it for everyday use.

I bought this coat with high expectations from north face. I bought it prior to the reviews so didn't know it would be so large it could fit three of me. I've kept the tags on in hopes to exchange for a smaller size and even talked to a manager who said she would try to help me exchange but when I called after noting a smaller size was available she didn't return my message. Poor form, Northface. This coat is not feminine or slim fitting as described.
