Its quality is great but the person I got it for actually already had one and I got very sick and then it snowed ? a lot so I couldn't get to a UPS store to return it. Is there anything you can do to help me? I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought this for my hubs who is a medium shirt/32"pants. After reading reviews for sizing guidance I stuck with medium, reading it runs big so you can have room for layers underneath. Came in the mail and the medium is HUGE! I do love the vest and think it will meet his needs/wants but now I'm ordering a small, hoping it gets here before Christmas. Wanted to leave a review in hopes to help someone else. The man hasn't worn a small since he was a child lol. This medium was like an XL even with a hoodie underneath. 1 star off for the sizing issue only.
