I loved the look and received many compliments wearing these. Imagine the horror, after less than a month of receiving, :’( the heal strap on my right shoe is broken. These were to be my all summer shoe. I’m saddened by the low quality of these maddens.

i really wanted to use these to replace another Steve Madden flatform I have and have worn out. These are very narrow in the height, not width of the shoe. The straps are not high enough off the foot bed to allow my foot to slide in. I am a very average size 8 and rarely encounter width (or height) problems in shoes. The material is very cheap and almost greasy feeling, shiny on the inside of the straps and the buckles are flimsy. I am very disappointed in this sandal and surprised by the quality and fit of a brand I have always had good luck with.

They came in before the guaranteed delivery! I’m very happy with them, they look just like the photo and are very nice quality. They’re super comfortable to wear and are easy to walk in. Keep in mind I do have thin, narrow feet. If my feet were wider, it would probably cause some issues wearing these shoes. They don’t cut into your skin at all, and they feel really good. 5/5 for me! I’m so excited to travel with these.

These sandals are absolute perfection!!! I've been obsessed with Doc Martens sandals for ages, but have never found ones that work for my narrow/thin feet or that don't hurt. Then I found these Steve Madden sandals with that same chunky and edgy 90s style. They fit my narrow/thin feet PERFECTLY. The straps actually hug my feet just right, so these will NOT fit normal to wide feet. They're super light, super cushy and have soft non-rubbing straps. They also fit true to size. They're just amazing!

I have to write a negative review because Zappos filled my order incorrectly! I ordered this sandal in a size 8M and when it finally arrived it was a 9M. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I checked my order to make sure I didn’t order this sandal incorrectly, but I was assured I ordered an 8M. Now the sandal has to go back to Zappos!

All the other shoes that are the same size fit great. These ones are size 9, medium width but are so narrow I can't get my foot in. Exchanging for wide and hope that fits. The sandals are adorable.

I’m so disappointed in these! I’ve been looking for them everywhere and when I finally found them on here I was ecstatic. ?? they are so narrow that I struggle to push my feet in them them and I don’t usually have that problem with any shoes, especially SM. I’m a size 9 and the fit like an 8.5 in length, really snug.
